Fake Heiress Reborn Drops Masks Finds Family (Noelle and Sebastian) novel Chapter 233

Chapter 233 Outstanding

Elliot was assigned to Noelle’s unit.

He stood at the front of the line, looking sharp and serious. He had that tough, focused look that all IBI members have.

I’m Elliot, your instructor!he said loudly. During training, I expect all of you to follow the rules and work hard!

Yes, sir!the students answered together.

Now, stand at attention for five minutes!

Elliot had actually wanted to say one hour.

But he was worried Noelle would get too tired.

After all, she was standing in that group.

So he said five minutes.

After five minutes, they rested for 20 minutes. Then another five minutes of standing, followed by another 20minute break.

They rested longer than they trained.

It was the easiest training ever.

Eleanor laughed. Wow, he looks so cold. I thought he’d be super strict. Turns out he’s so considerate!

The other units were miserable and kept looking over at them with jealousy.

They were all freshmen. Why did this group have it so easy?!

Eyes front! Stand straight!the other instructors shouted.

Still, they all glanced toward Noelle’s unit. Hmph. Noelle was in that group. Of course their training was lighter. There was nothing they could do about that.

But resting too much wasn’t good either. After thinking it over, Elliot made everyone run half a mile,

Except

Noelle!

You! Step out of line! Your posture was the best. As a reward, you’re excused from the run. Everyone else, half a mile!

Noelle was speechless.

She watched Elliot act all serious, like he was actually rewarding a star student, and her lip twitched.

This guy is getting way too good at acting.

Eleanor and Quinna looked at Noelle with envy. Skipping the halfmile run under this blazing sun was a huge blessing.

Holly, on the other hand, was seeing red. Why is it always Noelle? Just because she stood well? My posture is just as good!

Sir, this is unfair!Holly blurted out, sounding upset and angry. Why does she get to skip the run? Just because of how she stands? We’re working hard too!

Elliot’s cold gaze swept over her. The sharp look made Holly shiver on the spot.

My platoon. My rules,Elliot said flatly. You questioned an instructor. Extra 500 yards.

Holly’s face went pale. She opened her mouth but, under Elliot’s icy stare, didn’t dare say another word. She bit her lip and blamed everything on Noelle instead.

After that, no one else dared to complain.

Everyone! Right face! Rungo!Elliot ordered.

The group started running around the training ground.

Noelle stood there alone. She watched them leave, then looked at Elliot. He was standing perfectly straight and looking ahead, but it was obvious his attention was on her. She sighed and rubbed her forehead.

She walked over to some shade to sit down, but Elliot spoke up again, sounding a little nervous. Mrsuh, Noelle! The ground is

cold. Sit on this!

Somehow, Elliot pulled out a small folding stoolwith a cushionand quickly set it up in the shadiest spot.

Noelle said, You came prepared.

Elliot gave her a huge, awkward grin. Once he made sure she was comfortable, he rushed back to drill the others.

When Eleanor and the others finally finished their run, panting and covered in sweat, they found Noelle sitting comfortably on her padded stool.

They were all confused,

One guy groaned, Sir! Why does Noelle get to sit?!

Elliot answered calmly, Because her posture is the best in the class. This is a reward for an outstanding student. If any of you can match her level, you can sit down, too.

He paused, looked around, and said seriously, But seeing how out of breath you all are, you should probably focus on just finishing the next drill.
