Chapter 262 She Saves Him
“He’s not even breathing, and she’s still using needles? That’s insane!”
“If anything happens, don’t blame the hospital…”
Noelle ignored the noise around her, completely focused on the needles in her hands.
She sensed a faint tremble at the tips. That meant life hadn’t completely slipped away yet.

Just as Rosie was feeling smug, the middle–aged man, who had shown no vital signs, suddenly began coughing violently and spat out another mouthful of clotted blood.
Beep–beep-
The flat line on the heart monitor returned to rhythm.
“That… that can’t be real!” Rosie’s expression changed completely.
Noelle didn’t say a word, calmly adjusting the needles.
“His vital signs are coming back!” the nurse shouted excitedly.
The crowd gasped, their expressions toward Noelle shifting from doubt to shock.
Rosie stared at Noelle in stunned confusion. How could that be?!
Once she confirmed the man was stable, Noelle stepped back.
Her phone vibrated. Eleanor was asking where she’d gone.
Noelle glanced at the message, slid her phone back into her pocket, and then looked indifferently at Rosie. “He’s basically fine now. Don’t remove the needles yet. Leave them in for half an hour. After that, it’s up to your hospital. There shouldn’t be any more problems, right?”
Her casual tone felt like a slap across Rosie’s face.
Noelle didn’t spare her another glance and turned to leave.
Only after she was gone did the crowd explode with amazement.
“Oh my God, she really saved him!”
“She’s amazing!”
“Who said she was randomly sticking needles? That’s a miracle doctor!”
Rosie’s face twisted with anger. She shot a sharp glare at the nurse. “What are you staring at?! Move! Take him to the exam room
and run full tests!”
“Noelle, why did going to the restroom take so long?”

Eleanor and Quinna were still waiting in the cafeteria. When Noelle returned, Eleanor waved her over and asked in concern, “Are you constipated? I’ve got laxatives!”
“…Thanks. Keep them for yourself.”
The hospital hadn’t arranged rest areas for noon, so students could only nap in the cafeteria or slump over wherever they could find space.
Hard seats. Terrible naps.
Noelle glanced at a message from Sebastian on her phone, thought for a moment, and said, “My husband parked an RV outside the hospital. Want to go take a nap there?”
Eleanor’s eyes widened. “An RV?! Like the kind celebrities use?! Yes, absolutely!”
Noelle led them outside. Sure enough, a luxury RV was parked by the road.
The driver opened the door respectfully when he saw Noelle. “Mrs. Menzie, Mr. Menzie has already made all the arrangements.”
Inside, the RV was fully equipped–soft couches, air–conditioning, even a mini fridge.
Compared to the rock–hard hospital seats, this place felt like heaven.
“You two must be Mrs. Menzie’s roommates,” the driver said with a smile. “Mrs. Menzie mentioned Ms. Jewell likes sweets, so there are desserts in the fridge. Ms. Latham has trouble sleeping, so we prepared a massage chair and steam eye masks. Please feel free to use them.”
The level of thoughtfulness was unreal.
“Ahhh! Noelle! You’re way too good to us! We love you!”
Eleanor exaggeratedly hooked her arm around Noelle’s.
Quinna adjusted her glasses and sighed. “So this is what it feels like to latch onto a rich sugar mama.”
Now she finally understood those guys.
Noelle laughed and shook her head.
She hadn’t arranged any of that.
It was all Sebastian.
She hadn’t expected him to be that considerate. He’d even learned her roommates‘ preferences.
Eleanor eagerly opened the fridge, pulled out a mousse cake, and ate it happily.
Quinna leaned back in the massage chair, a rare look of comfort on her face.
