Terrence finally snapped out of his shock. He stepped forward carefully. “Ms. Kain, this gentleman is… ?”

“Don’t know him,” Noelle replied right away. “Probably just some friendly citizen who likes claiming strangers as family.”

Sweat rolled down Terrence’s back. He decided he would ask Noelle what was going on later. For now, he forced a laugh and tried to smooth things over. “Alright, haha! We need to start filming now. Today’s episode is an online consultation. Everyone, please get ready!”

Filming began.

The moment the live broadcast started, the viewer count shot up at an unbelievable speed.

At the consultation table, Noelle and Steve sat side by side. In front of them were medical files, equipment, and coffee.

Behind them stood Sebastian and Jasper, one on each side. They looked like two reapers or two overly attentive assistants.

The camera had just focused on them. The show hadn’t even connected to the first patient yet, but the drama had already started.
