Just as Layla opened her mouth to ask another question, Mia’s furious voice cut through the air. “Keep talking, and I swear when he gets here, I’ll tell him you’re a traitor!”

Roger just chuckled, unfazed, “Go ahead. As long as my brother lives, nothing else matters right now.”

His only concern was saving Leonard.

Everything else was secondary.

Mia looked ready to explode.

If she weren’t tied up, she’d have lunged at Roger right then.
