Forced To Be The Mafia King's Bride (by Oma Green) novel Chapter 207

Dante's POV

My eyes searched hers. When did my innocent bride become this bold and brazen?

This wasn't the shy girl I'd married, this was someone who knew exactly how to dismantle me piece by piece.

Her fingers pressed against my hardness through my pants.

"I'm thinking about you inside me, finally, your hand over my mouth to keep me quiet while everyone's just rooms away. I'm thinking about how desperate you'd be, how rough, how completely you'd lose control."

The images tore through my mind, her against the stone wall, red dress bunched at her hips, legs wrapped around me. My hand over her mouth while I buried myself deep.

The risk of discovery as her nails scratched down my back.

The bite of her teeth against my palm. Her body tightening around me as she fell apart.

My hand shot to her jaw, gripping firmly to hold her still, to ground myself. "Gianna," I groaned, the sound raw.

She blinked up at me, all wide-eyed innocence that didn't match the sin in her words. "You asked for it."

"What have you become?" I breathed, my thumb brushing across her lower lip. "My pretty doll, corrupted beyond recognition."

"You started this."

She picked up another bite, slower this time, her lips closing around the fork in a way that made my mind go blank.

When she pulled it away, she held my gaze, her tongue darting out to lick the corner of her mouth.

"So Dante," Roberto's voice cut through the haze, and I had to force myself to meet his eyes. "About the shipping routes..."

My mind was blank, every thought consumed by Gianna's touch, her scent, the heat of her body pressed against mine.

Roberto paused, studying me. His gaze shifted to Gianna, then back to me. A knowing smile crossed his face.

Estelle noticed too. She glanced between us, her expression softening. "You two seem so... absorbed in each other."

Vera laughed. "Ah, the honeymoon phase. Nothing quite like it."

Cesare raised his glass with an amused smile. "Romance isn't dead after all."

Gianna's cheeks flushed pink, and she ducked her head slightly, finally looking shy.

I didn't care. My hand found hers under the table, fingers intertwining, and I brought it to my lips, kissing her knuckles while holding her gaze.

"Sorry," I murmured, not sounding sorry at all.

Roberto chuckled. "Don't apologize. This is how it should be."

"Enjoy it," Estelle added with a warm smile.

My eyes stayed on Gianna. "I intend to."

She looked up at me, vulnerability mixing with the heat that had been there all evening.

Her fingers tightened around mine, and she leaned in closer, her shoulder pressing against my chest. "How long?" she whispered, her breath warm against my neck. "How long do we have to keep this up before you give in?"

My pulse hammered. Blood rushed south, my body responding to her proximity, her words, the promise in her eyes. The ache between my legs intensified, and I had to shift in my seat to ease the growing pressure.

But just as I opened my mouth to respond, Roberto cut in.

"Dante."

I cleared my throat, the signal registering instantly. Business. Now.

The warmth drained from my expression. My shoulders straightened as I forced myself back into the mindset I needed. I had to put passion behind me, lock it away. This was what I'd come for.
