Forgotten Wife My Ex-Husband Regrets It After I Left (Clara and Liam) novel Chapter 252

Sienna’s POV

The words made the room feel tight all of a sudden. The room was so warm a moment ago. Liam rubbed his face.

He leaned toward me. Liam said “I am sorry. I did not know she was stilt trying like this.”

Liam looked really sorry. “I honestly did not know she was still trying like this,” and Liam sounded like he meant it.

Liam was talking about her. What she was doing. Liam seemed to be really upset about what she was doing. The room was still feeling tight because of what Liam said about her and what she was doing.

I told them that I know this thing. I said it in a voice so nobody would hear me. I just said it quietly.

Noah was laughing hard. A piece of cake had fallen onto the floor. That was really funny. He did not know what was happening around him.

I was very thankful that.Noah was not paying attention to anything. The cake on the floor was pretty funny. Noah was still thinking about the cake that had fallen onto the floor.

I am going to say no to Emily. I looked at my coffee and it was getting cold. The thing is, I do not want Emily to be the model on the cover. I just do not want to give Emily any chance to come back into our lives. I do not wantEmily to have any part in what we do.

Liam looked really calm now.

“I was thinking about Emily and I have to say I did not want to be with her. The reason is simple, I get to make my decisions.”

Liam said to me in a voice, “l am proud of you.” He really sounded like he meant what he said.

Then he told me, “I am glad you said no to Emily.” He said that. It made me feel a little better. Still I feel bad, about what happened with Emily.

Emily is someone I should have forgotten about by now.

But the thing is Emily keeps trying to come into my life and that is really frustrating. Emily is still trying to be a part of my life.

I really thought I was done with Emily. It is pretty weird that Emily is doing this. I have to deal with Emily which is not what I wanted. Emily is not giving up, she keeps coming into my life.

I shook my head gently. “I do not want you to keep feeling guilty,” I said to Liam.

I took Liam’s hand. I squeezed it softly. I am staying here with Liam and our family. Emily can say whatever Emily wants, try whatever Emily wants. I am not leaving Liam. will not let Emily ruin our marriage again. I am staying with Liam and our family no matter what Emily does.Liam looked at me for a long time. His eyes were all red and puffy. This was not because Liam was feeling sad. It was because Liam was relieved. Maybe Liam was also feeling a little better now because Liam was not scared of losing me

Liam pulled me into his arms. Held me very tightly. He was squeezing me hard. Liam was hotding me like he wanted to make sure that I was really there with Liam.

Liam wanted to know that I was not going to leave him.

Liam was holding me like that so he could feel safe, with me by his side. Liam felt really happy that I was with him.

He was glad that I was there, with Liam.

He said, “thank you for believing in Music Band,” in a voice close to the top of my head. He promised that he will not let Sarah disturb the Music Band again. I mean he will not let Sarah disturb Music Band again so Music Band can be, at peace.

I smiled softly as my face was pressed to his chest. “We will protect our love together.”

As I Lifted my head Noah suddenly climbed onto our laps.

Noah was really proud of himself. He was holding what was left of his cake.

“Mommy, Daddy look at this. I made a dinosaur shape.

This is a dinosaur. lam really happy that I made a dinosaur shape. I made a dinosaur.”

Liam and I laughed at the time.”That was really funny.”

Liam and I just could not stop smiling at each other.

The reason is that Liam and I were laughing hard at each other.

At that moment, I knew no matter what storms might come, this small home would always be worth fighting for.

That morning began with a warm kind of bustle. Noah trotted around holding his bag, while Liam tried to button his shirt with one hand and fix Noah’s hair with the other. I chuckled softly watching such a simple scene, yet one that always managed to calm my heart.

“Daddy, my hair isn’t grass!” Noah protested, swatting at his own head.

Liam snorted with a laugh. “But you’re a little dinosaur whose hair is impossible to tame.”

“I’m not a dinosaur! I’m a human!” Noah shot back, pouting.

I slipped a piece of bread into Noah’s hand. “Alright, come on. We’ll be late.”

The three of us finally headed out together. The morning roads were crowded with cars, but the atmosphere felt peaceful. Noah talked nonstop about his school assignment, about a friend who liked to steal pencils, and about his plan to make a new drawing to stick on the fridge. Liam and I exchanged glances and smiles. Our child truly brought life into our days.

I looked at Liam when Noah paused for breath. Liam caught my gaze and raised his eyebrows slightly, as if asking without words, is he always like this? I answeredwith a small smile.

I nodded. No grand promises were spoken.

After dropping Noah off at school and making sure he went in cheerfully, Liam and I continued on toward the publishing office. copied from jobnib.com Today I had to officially discuss the book cover decision. There was a bit of nervousness, but also strong determination.

The car moved calmly away from the school area. I still glanced at the gate through the rearview mirror, making sure Noah had truly disappeared into his classroom building. There was always a light feeling whenever I saw him enter school with a smile, as if I had successfully completed one important task in my life that day.

Liam noticed my gaze. “He looks happy,” he said softly.

“Thank goodness,” I replied. “I always worry he might feel burdened by the changes at home.”

Liam shook his head gently. “Children are more perceptive than we think. But they’re also strong. As long as he knows he’s loved, he’ll be fine.”

His words warmed my chest slightly. I nodded and looked ahead. The road grew quieter as the school rush hour passed. Morning light streamed through the windshield, reflecting softly on the dashboard.”You look tense,” Liam said after a few minutes of silence.

I laughed quietly, caught. “Yeah. Today feels important. A book cover is like the first face people see. I’m afraid of choosing wrong.”

“Fear is normal,” he said calmly. “But you’ve come this far.

I’m sure whatever decision you make will be the result of? a long process you’ve gone through on your own.”

I turned to him. “You don’t usually talk like this.”

He smiled briefly. “Maybe I’m just learning how to support you properly.”

I didn’t respond right away. Too many emotions collided

– in my chest appreciation, caution, a hope I wasn’t ready to name. So I took a breath and let his words settle.

“If the meeting gets heavy later,” he continued, “just remember this is your book. Your voice matters most.”

I nodded softly. “Thank you for coming with me. Your presence helps.”

The car turned onto the main road toward the city center.

Tall buildings began to appear in the distance, though the publishing office wasn’t in sight yet. I leaned back against the seat, preparing myself.

The car stopped in front of the publishing building. Liam turned off the engine and got out with me.
