Mr. CEO Your Wife Has Wanted a Divorce for a Long Time (by Zora Pradeep) novel Chapter 510

Jason and Old Mrs. Miller were already awake as well and were chatting with Franklin.

Hearing footsteps, they all looked over.

Jason said, Maggie’s awake? Breakfast is ready. Have breakfast first before heading out.

Maggie nodded. Okay.

Franklin stood up. I’ll step out to reply to a work message. We’ll talk again another time.

Jason quickly nodded. Alright.

Franklin nodded politely to Old Mrs. Miller as well, then turned and walked out of the Miller family home.

Watching Jason remain courteous while the old lady’s expression, though somewhat softer than before, was still rather cold toward Franklin, Maggie understood clearly. They had invited Franklin in to sit only because, when the old lady was ill last time, Franklin had helped them a great deal.

Franklin would eventually marry Julia. No matter how much the relationship between the Miller family and Franklin might ease, it was absolutely impossible for it to truly become close.

After eating a simple breakfast, Maggie greeted Jason and the others, then got into Franklin’s car with Franklin and Isabella, and they drove off together.

Not long after getting into the car, Franklin suddenly sent her a message.

Maggie paused. Before she could react, Franklin explained, Some of the activities on the island. Take a look and see what you’d like to try.

Before Maggie could reply, Isabella leaned over and said, Dad and I both want to take a submarine down into the sea to dive. You can dive without oxygen tanks in a submarine. Mom, do you want to try it too?

Listening to her, Maggie was genuinely interested. Mm, Mom wants to try it too.

After that, Isabella recommended several more activities to Maggie, talking about her plans, such as collecting shells, playing volleyball, catching fish herself and having a barbecue.

Then she asked Maggie, Mom, do you want to stay in a treehouse tonight, or in an underwater glass villa?

Maggie did not answer and instead asked, What about you, Isabella?

I want to stay in the treehouse tonight, and tomorrow night we’ll

Me too.

I stay in the underwater glass villa!

The journey was a bit long. After riding in the car for over an hour, they transferred to a private speedboat, and it was nearly noon by the time they reached the private island.

Franklin said there were not many people on the island, and that was not an exaggeration at all.

Aside from the three of them, the rest were just the island’s staff.

After lunch, Isabella changed into her beach outfit and could not wait to go out and play.

Holding a small bucket, she had barely been outside for a while when she had already picked up a pile of brightly colored shells.
