Chapter 482 You Don’t Have to Leave
She wanted nothing to do with Zera.
The two exchanged a look, but just as Zera was about to say something. Natasha called her. She turned and walked into the living room.
Aella saw all the Winters and Hills elders gathered there.
She told Raine, “I’m heading out. Let’s talk some other time.”
But Raine clung to Aella’s arm, refusing to let go. “I can’t stand that woman. Let’s go listen to what they’re talking about together.”
Aella quickly refused. “Raine, it’s not a good time for me to stay.”
She had no reason to be here. With Natasha coming in person, there was obviously something to discuss. Sticking around would be awkward.
Raine wouldn’t let go and tugged Aella along. “Don’t worry, I’m with you! Nobody’s going to say a word against you. I’ll call them out if they try!”
Tyrone came over to them and looked straight at Aella. “It’s fine, you don’t have to leave. I’ll drive you home later.”
Aella shook her head. “Tyrone, that’s not necessary.”
She really wanted to leave.
Raine whined playfully, “Come on, just wait for Brad with me. We can leave together in a bit.”
Virginia came over and said, “Aella, you don’t need to be so formal. You’re welcome here anytime, Make yourself at home.”
With that, Raine dragged Aella into the living room.
Tyrone picked a seat farther away from Aella.
Aella sat quietly next to Raine, doing her best not to attract attention.
She didn’t take off her coat, and after just a few minutes, she was already starting to sweat.
Tyrone watched Aella from the corner of his eye He grabbed the remote from the coffee table and lowered the AC temperature.
When Zera saw Raine pull Aella into the living room, she looked embarrassed.

The Winter Estate had guests, and not only did she ne leave, she even dared to sit in and listen to our
conversation.
This woman really has no manners,
She caught Tyrone picking up the remote and tried to test the waters. “I left my coat in the car. Mr. Winter, could you lend me a jacket?”
Tyrone didn’t even look at her.
He simply told Justin, who was standing next to Edwin, “Justin, take off your jacket and give it to her.”
After saying this, Tyrone shot Aella a meaningful glance.
Aella was a germaphobe. She couldn’t stand dirty things.
He wasn’t going to make the same mistake again.
Zera saw Justin taking off his jacket and looked down, embarrassed. “Never mind, I’m not cold anymore.”
She’d thought Tyrone would at least show some respect to her because of the Hills.
She hadn’t expected him to make the butler hand over his jacket in front of everyone.
It was a clear slap in the face.
Zera was angry and embarrassed, her chest heaving,
Regardless, she was still the Hills‘ adopted daughter and heiress.
Neither Vivienne nor Tyrone’s so–called fiancée could compare to her.
Tyrone would be hers sooner or later.
Raine muttered to herself, “Shameless. Serves her right!”
Aella gave Raine’s sleeve a little tug to remind her.
The Hills elders were present. No matter how outrageous Zera was, they still had to respect her.
Zera shot Raine a vicious look but didn’t dare say anything.
Thomas and Lilian exchanged an awkward glance and both looked down.

Natasha got right to the point.
“Mr. Edwin, we’re here today so Zera can apologize to everyone.”
She gave Zera a look, and Zera quickly stood up.
She mustered her courage and walked over to Edwin.

She said sincerely, “Mr. Edwin, I was young and stupid before. I made mistakes, and I know I was wrong. Please forgive me.”
The Winters elders used to dislike her because she didn’t come from a wealthy family.
Now she was the Hills‘ adopted daughter and heiress. Surely these old fools would see her differently now.
Edwin looked her up and down, then slowly accepted the tea Justin handed him.
Edwin took his time and didn’t respond, so Zera shot a pleading look at Natasha.
Natasha glanced at Thomas and Lilian.
Thomas had no choice but to speak up, “Mr. Edwin, Zera did make mistakes before. We brought her here to apologize sincerely. Please forgive her this once.”
Ralph replied firmly, “Mr. Hill, the Winters and Hills have always been close. We don’t want to ruin years of friendship over one woman.”
Then Ralph’s tone shifted. “But Zera first set up my son Tyrone, then tricked 60 million from my father. After coming back to the country, she still tried to steal Winter Group’s trade secrets. If Mr. Cunningham hadn’t spoken up for her, she’d still be in prison for what she did.”
Thomas and Lilian looked extremely embarrassed.
Zera stood in the center of the living room, uneasy and ashamed, twisting her hands together.
This old fool!
If you won’t accept my apology, fine, but did you have to humiliate me in front of everyone?
Aella quietly glanced at Tyrone.
She found him absent–mindedly playing with his lighter, looking completely indifferent.
