Chapter 531 The Birthday Confession
When his girl smiled at him, her eyes were curved and bright, and she called his name. His heart never stood a chance
November 8.
Today was Aella’s 18th birthday and also Tyrones 22nd.
It was a little after ten at night. After helping the Reids see off all the guests. Tyrone was getting ready to leave.
“Tyrone*
Aella came out to the garden. She wore a white evening dress with a light padded jacket over it.
Tyrone reached out naturally and drew her coat closer around her. “It’s cold out here. Go back inside”
Aella stepped closer. Her lovely face showed a shy smile.
She looked around. No one was nearby. She leaned in and whispered, “Tyrone, I want to be your girlfriend.”
Tyrone didn’t expect that. His face turned serious at once.
“You’ve been practicing the same physics problems for two and a half years and still can’t score over 30 marks. With that brain, aren’t you afraid I’ll sell you off?”
Aella shook his arm and acted cute. “That’s because you’re too handsome. All my brain cells are busy liking you. What can I do?”
They looked at each other.
Aella’s face was innocent. Her eyes sparkled with romance.
Tyrone’s breathing went a little uneven. For a few seconds, he didn’t know what to do with
her.
When he stood there frozen, Aella suddenly stood on her tiptoes and tried to steal a kiss. Before her lips even reached his jawline, Tyrone stopped her easily.
He let go of her and warned her with his eyes. “Go inside. Don’t catch a cold.”

He took a step, then turned back. Aella was following him.
Tyrone stopped and frowned.
Aella clung to his arm again. “Tyrone, it’s my birthday. I want to sit on the swing
“Brad is still waiting in the car,” Tyrone said.
Aella rubbed her fluffy head against his arm. “Brad loves staying in the car and playing games by himself.”
For some reason, when she called his name like that, Tyrone couldn’t say no.
With a sigh, he walked over to the swing. Aella ran ahead and sat down happily.
Under the starlight, Aella swung slowly. Tyrone stood beneath the frame.
She turned her head and asked, “It’s your birthday too. Why didn’t you ask what gift I got you?”
Tyrone answered honestly, “When you give it to me, I’ll know.”
Even if he said nothing, she wouldn’t be able to keep it a secret until morning.
Aella jumped off the swing and suddenly grabbed her ankle. “Ouch!”
“Did you hit something?”
Tyrone hurried over and bent down to check. Aella seized the opportunity; she leaned in and kissed his Adam’s apple.
Tyrone felt an electric shock as soon as her soft lips touched his throat. The feeling ran through his whole body.
Her lips were so soft.
Aella smiled brightly. “My birthday gift for you is myself!”
As she spoke, her hand reached toward his stomach.
Tyrone’s heart pounded wildly, like it might jump out of his chest.
“Huh? What the hell are you doing?”
“Ahem!” A sound came from behind them.
Aella turned around. Her parents were standing there, eyes wide, completely stunned. They

were so shocked they couldn’t speak.

Aella looked at Tyrone. He had turned into a statue. She covered her face and ran back inside.
Tyrone finally came to his senses. He stood there facing her parents, his face red all the way to his ears.
Warren spoke awkwardly, “Well, Aella’s always been a bit wild since she was little. Don’t take her too seriously.”
Miriam’s smile was stiff. “Well, Brad is still waiting outside. You should head back.”
Tyrone nodded and turned to leave. His thoughts were even messier than his steps.
Just turned 18 and already thinking about that stuff; no wonder her grades never improve.
Brad finally saw Tyrone come out. “What took you so long in there?”
Tyrone twisted open a bottle of water and drank half of it in one go.
Brad stared at him, sensing something off. “That girl didn’t harass you, did she?”
Tyrone turned to look out the window. “Drive.”
Brad started the car. “What did Aella give you this year? Show me.”
“Stop talking nonsense.” Tyrone brushed him off
Without realizing it, he lifted his fingers and lightly touched his Adam’s apple.
Late at night, the Winter Estate.
When Tyrone entered the living room, his grandfather and parents were still awake. He went over to greet them.
His father glanced at the time and frowned. “In the future, focus more on the company and your studies. Stop running to the Reid Estate all the time.”
Tyrone frowned.
Before this, even when he stayed overnight at their place, his father never said a word.
But today–on his and Aella’s birthday–his father said this.
