Rosalia: [I just saw Stella and Mr. Quinn chatting and laughing together. They seem super close. If you want me to ruin Stella’s reputation now, isn’t that just putting my family at Mr. Quinn’s mercy?]
Yvonne was shocked. ‘How does that little snake Stella even know Mr. Quinn?” she thought.
Yvonne whispered something in Beatrice’s ear. Beatrice was just as surprised. ‘Stella knows Mr. Quinn?‘ she thought.
Caspian Quinn was known for being upright and always playing fair in the business world. He absolutely hated anyone who tried to play dirty.
Even Dylan couldn’t get in his good graces.
But Stella was chatting and laughing with him like they were old friends. Who the hell is she?‘ Beatrice wondered.
Beatrice regretted it. She should’ve held off a bit longer, waited until Stella was no use to her, and then just cut her loose.
If she had, those contacts would’ve belonged to Dylan, too; the company wouldn’t have been split in half, and she wouldn’t be stuck in this mess now.
“Who the hell is this woman?” Beatrice muttered, totally baffled. “Isn’t she just an orphan? Where did she get all these connections?”
Yvonne was burning with jealousy. ‘Like I’d know!‘ she thought.
Beatrice suddenly had a realization. “Maybe it’s because she knows people from Cloudmere Group. Their connections are global, so with ties like that. It’s no wonder she’s so well–connected.”
Yvonne thought, ‘With Stella’s status, how could she possibly be connected to the higher–ups at Cloudmere Group?‘
But the truth just made her even more jealous, and she just couldn’t bring herself to admit it.
“Mom, that can’t be true,” Yvonne said.
“No, it’s possible. Chris, the guy who’s always seen with her, is from Cloudmere Group, Beatrice replied.
Beatrice’s eyes were cold and hard. She really regretted letting things get so tense between her and Stella.
“Let’s go. Don’t cause any trouble tonight,” Beatrice warned Yvonne.
Yvonne wasn’t about to give up. She was sure she’d find her chance sooner or later.
She told Beatrice she was going to meet up with a friend, then slipped away.
Beatrice watched her leave, her eyes clouded with worry.
Yvonne’s jealousy was off the charts. No one could predict what she might do next, not even Beatrice.
Beatrice took a deep breath and went to find Chloe.
Beatrice was hoping Chloe still held a grudge against Stella and would favor her daughter even more.
If that worked out, Yvonne would have an even better shot at marrying into the Grant family

After meeting with Caspian, Yvonne slipped out to find Vivian.
Vivian was the Quinn family’s secret heiress.
Whenever she showed up, nobody ever questioned her identity.
When Vivian was a kid, she was kidnapped. Caspian was so protective that he didn’t dare let her show her face in public
anymore.
Caspian raised her away from the family, just like any regular kid. Only by doing this could he keep her safe and let her grow up free.
Even a lot of people in the Quinn family had never actually met Vivian.
Honestly, Caspian pretty much took a page straight out of Edwin’s playbook.
When Serena was a kid, she was always running into danger.
So Edwin sent her away to be raised outside the family, and she ended up thriving.
The only catch was that Serena fell for Dylan and got her heart shattered.
Edwin was devastated, but he saw it as a necessary ordeal in her life. He believed that after surviving this, his granddaughter would only become stronger.
Caspian basically copied what Edwin did, and honestly, it worked out even better for her.
Serena and Vivian were sitting by the window, grabbing a bite together.
Vivian pointed at the shrimp on her plate. “Serena, make sure to grab some shrimp for Liam when you head home. They’re super fresh, and don’t forget the fried chicken.”
Serena smiled and nodded. “Sure! Liam wants fried chicken every single day.”
Serena smiled and went back to eating her shrimp.
Vivian couldn’t stop thinking about all the rumors flying around about Serena and Spencer.
The women at the party wouldn’t shut up about it, and seeing Serena just so chill about the whole thing. It really bothered Vivian, and honestly, it pissed her off.
“Serena, after the way Yvonne dragged your name through the mud, aren’t you going to do something about it?” Vivian pressed.
