Jolie sobbed, “Leon, Grandpa is not doing well at all. Can you come and be with me? I’m scared.”

“Jolie, it’s Christmas Eve tonight. I figured you’d be with your family, so I headed out. How about I come over tomorrow instead?” Leon said.

“No! I want you here with me right now!” Jolie demanded, her tone stubborn and a little spoiled.

Leon coaxed, “Jolie, come on, be good, okay? I’m working on finding a cure for Grandpa. He is always so good to both of us.
