A flicker of nervousness crossed Xavier’s eyes.

Chris raised an eyebrow and fixed him with a powerful glare, radiating an oppressive aura full of deadly intent. “Xavier, the company lost 300 million over the past two years. Where do you think that money went? Just look into it, and we will know.”

Xavier froze. Of course, that loss had gone right into his own pockets.

‘Chris wants to investigate? In his dreams,‘ Xavier thought.

“Mr. Maddox, if you want to check, go ahead,” Xavier said.

“They won’t find anything on me. From the warehouse to management and finance, all my people. I want to see how Chris plans to investigate this,‘ he thought.

Chris held up a USB drive, staring coldly at the arrogant Xavier.

“Mr. Fallon, we’ve already traced everything. From the warehouse to finance, HR, and the executive offices, they’re all your people. This is the evidence that will bring you all down.

“You’ll have to cough up the entire 300 million you embezzled,” Chris said, his eyes flashing with icy resolve.

Everyone was stunned.

“Chris, you can’t falsely accuse people like this,” Xavier said, staring fearfully at the USB drive.

Chris wasn’t here to argue. He called the bodyguards downstairs. “Have the police come up.”
