“You didn’t tell her about me?” she asked with a disappointed pout, “Were those nights not memorable to you?” she asked.

She wanted me to know that they had nights together, even if I don’t know what the nights were about. But judging from the way she looks at Damon, they must have had sex, and the thought of that made slithering jealousy appear from nowhere in my stomach.

She was about to talk again when Kyle cleared his throat. “Well, the old capital city is now boring. I mean, we don’t have our King there anymore, and I always want to be where the action is. So I’ve decided to move to this pack.”
