“Yes, last night I invited you into our house, and you turned me down, and now hot young girls are taking their clothes off in front of you, and it makes me think I made this all up in my head. That this thing between you and me isn’t real, that I made it up. He walks toward me, and I back up until the back of my thighs hit his desk. I look away because I feel like my feelings are exposed enough, and he doesn’t need to see the confirmation of my feelings for him in my eyes.

He lifts my chin. “Every part of me wanted to spend the rest of the evening with you last night. You have to believe me when I say walking away was hard. I wanted to turn around and come back the moment I left the building. And you already know that these girls mean nothing to me, don’t you know that?”

He leans closer until all I can see is his face and those full kissable lips.

“You want to know why I walked away?” he asks as the tips of his fingers roam my face and his gaze warms my cheeks.

“I can come back at a better time,” My secretary says.

You guys might want to ask what the peep room is? The peep room is a place in my club where men or women pay to see dancers perform, there is a peep room where over ten people can be, that’s the regular peep room, and then there’s the exclusive one where only one person can be at the same time.
