Game Over Not Over for Me novel Chapter 64

**TITLE: She Bloomed Like Spring After Surviving a Winter No One Saw by Lillian Rosewood**

**Chapter 64: Wiping Out Dream Guild!**

The assassin felt a sudden jolt in his chest, an instinctual reaction that sent a wave of panic coursing through him.

He saw me?

That can’t be right!

We’re a good 150 feet apart, and I’m cloaked in stealth. How could he possibly have detected my presence?

Alden, observing the assassin’s frozen demeanor, couldn’t suppress a smirk that crept across his face.

If it weren’t for the slightest quiver of movement, he might have assumed this guy had completely logged off in the wild, lost in a digital slumber.

Whoosh!

The feathered arrow sliced through the air with a sharp whistle, landing precisely at the assassin’s feet. “Still pretending to be dead?” Alden taunted, his voice dripping with mockery.

The expression on the Dream Guild assassin’s face morphed into one of sheer disbelief.

“H-how did you see me?” he stammered, his bravado crumbling.

Alden chose not to respond, his gaze piercing. “I don’t know which guild you belong to, but you should relay a message to your guildmaster—don’t come messing with me.”

“Or I won’t hesitate to add a few more PK Points to my tally,” he added, the threat lingering in the air like a charged storm cloud.

Like Alden, the assassin had concealed his nickname, ensuring that no one could trace his allegiance.

“Frost King, you’ve got some audacity,” a voice cut through the tension, icy and clear. Dream Snow emerged, flanked by her elite team—a formidable force of over a hundred members, each one radiating confidence.

Alden raised an eyebrow, a genuine sense of offense bubbling within him.

Yes, offended.

Not merely because a guild had dared to confront him, nor was it solely due to Dream Snow’s presence.

But because… she had the audacity to bring over a hundred players.

What in the world?

Did she truly look down on me this much?

Dream Snow’s elite team wasn’t filled with weaklings either. Most of them were level 14 or 15, fully equipped and primed for battle. Some even boasted complete gear sets that glimmered ominously in the light.

“I assume you’re here for the bounty on Demon King Grayford. But tread carefully—if you do anything foolish, Dream Guild will find itself plummeting in rank,” he spat, his tone laced with disdain.

A mage standing beside Dream Snow scowled, his features twisted in contempt.

“Hmph, you talk big when death is just around the corner,” he sneered, waving his staff and unleashing a fireball aimed directly at Alden.

Alden, clad in the Nine-Headed Hydra gear and adorned with a few Venomfang Spider drops, felt the impact. His resistances had certainly improved since his last level, but they were still not what they used to be.

Ding! “You have been attacked maliciously. You may retaliate normally.”

With a swift motion, Alden raised his hand and released an arrow with precision.

Whoosh!

A Shield Warrior stepped forward, expertly deflecting the arrow with his shield.

Alden’s eyes widened in surprise. The arrow had not taken down the level-15 Shield Warrior.

Before his class change, a level-15 Shield Warrior’s HP would have barely exceeded 1,500. Yet, this one had somehow managed to push his HP beyond 14,000 through external boosts and hidden quests.

The Shield Warrior himself was taken aback.

He had completed a hidden quest in Rookie Village, which granted him a special skill known as Savage Growth.

This skill provided a 10% bonus to HP, plus an additional 100 HP for every level gained.

Couple that with his full set of level-15 tank gear, and his HP soared close to 16,000.

And yet, Alden’s single arrow had nearly obliterated him.

Dream Snow’s expression darkened, but she maintained her composure.

“Full force! Chain your control! Pin him down until he’s finished!” she commanded, her voice steady and authoritative.

They had over a hundred players at their disposal.

Even if just one player managed to control Alden for half a second, that would accumulate to over fifty seconds of immobilization.

With a chain that long, even Alden’s impressive HP wouldn’t be enough to save him from their onslaught.

The battle was on the verge of erupting.
