"I promised you six months," Sienna said coolly. "I will honor the agreement."
"Is that so?" Cillian's smile deepened. "And you spent these past three days with Lucas?"
Sienna didn't deny it.
"Perfect." Cillian released her and straightened up. "Then starting right now, I'm going to show you what true imprisonment looks like."
From that day on, Cillian's control over Sienna became unprecedentedly tight.
The studio door was fitted with a fingerprint lock that only he could open.
Her phone was confiscated, and all channels of outside communication were entirely severed.
Even the meals brought by the staff had to be personally inspected by Cillian first.
"What are you trying to achieve?" Sienna glared at him coldly.
"Making sure you don't run away again." Cillian sat on the couch, his legs crossed in a lazy sprawl. "Since you're so desperate to see Lucas, I have no choice but to enforce some mandatory measures."
"Cillian, we have an agreement." Sienna suppressed her anger. "By doing this, you're violating it."
"An agreement?" Cillian laughed. "I only promised not to touch Lucas and the Sullivans. I never said I'd give you freedom."
Sienna glared at him, her fingers curling tightly into fists.
"What, want to hit me?" Cillian stood up and approached her. "Come on, I'll give you the chance."
He grabbed her hand and pressed it against his own cheek.
Sienna forcefully yanked her hand away. "I'm not going to hit you."
"Then be a good girl and obey." Cillian pulled his hand back and turned to leave. "I'll join you for dinner."
The door shut, the electronic lock emitting a sharp beep.
Sienna stood rooted to the spot, her chest heaving heavily.
She finally saw clearly—Cillian's gentleness was nothing but another form of manipulation.
