What shocked them was that Elizabeth trusted them enough to hand over such a massive operation into

their care.

Even if it was only for a single day.

They hurriedly assured her. “Ms. Schofield, please don’t worry. We swear on our honor that we’ll guard the farm. handle all matters properly, and never betray the trust you’ve placed in us.”

Their solemn expressions actually made Elizabeth feel a little embarrassed.

“Mr. Rose, let’s postpone the move until tomorrow,” Elizabeth said. “Tonight, I’m planning to have everyone work some overtime.”

She’d be departing for Centria Planet tonight and wouldn’t be back until tomorrow evening.

If they didn’t plant the new potatoes tonight, the land would sit idle all day tomorrow.
