The silence stretched between us,neither of us was saying. I let it sit there for a moment, enjoying the way his eyes couldn’t seem to settle on just one place.

“You have my complete attention right now,” he said, his eyes not leaving my body. “Whatever you’re planning, I hope you’re not planning to stop.”

“Is anyone else in the house?” I asked, my voice coming out steadier than I expected.

No,” he said. He walked from where he was to the front entrance, checking the latch on the main door. Then he moved to the side door near the kitchen, testing that one too, before crossing back through the living room to check the sliding door, leading out to the patio.

“Just like I said,” he continued, still watching me. “Staff left an hour ago, the doors are locked, so it’s just us.”

“Everywhere?” I pressed, taking a slow step closer.

“Everywhere,” he confirmed, and something in the way he said it made my whole body warm.

I glanced past him toward the sleek little sound system built into the wall by the window, the kind of setup only someone with too much money would bother installing in a living room. I walked over to it, aware of his eyes watching every step, and tapped through the display until something slow came on.

I turned back to face him and hadn’t moved from where he stood by the couch, but his whole posture had changed, more alert now, like he could tell something was about to happen and didn’t want to miss a second of it.

I walked toward him and pressed my hand flat against his chest, guiding him back until his knees hit the edge of the couch and he sat down, watching me with an expression that was somewhere between amused and completely undone.

I had spent years learning how to move to music like this, long before Adrian, long before any of this life and for the first time in a long time, I let myself use it for something that wasn’t money, for pleasure and to see how much control I could take from a man who thought he had all of it.

His hands found my waist once, and I caught his wrists and guided them back down.

“Not yet,” I said quietly.

He let out a low breath that was almost a laugh, and sat back to let me finish what I had started.

The song filled the room slow, the bass moving through the floor, and I let it settle into my body before I moved at all. He was watching me like a man who had forgotten how to blink.

I stepped between his knees and let my hands trail up from my thighs, over my hips, taking my time. His whole face tightened. I turned, giving him my back, and rolled my hips down slowly, close enough that he could feel the heat of me without me actually touching him yet.

“Arghhhh.” I heard him exhale hard through his nose. I sat back into his lap, just barely, testing him, then rose again before he could get any real grip on the moment. His hands twitched at his sides like it was taking everything in him not to reach

for me.

“You’re killing me,” he said, voice rough.

“Good.” I said.

I turned to face him again and leaned in close, close enough that my mouth almost brushed his ear. “Hands stay there.” I

whispered, nodding at where they rested on the couch cushion. “You don’t get to touch. Not yet.”

He let out a breath that was somewhere between a laugh and a groan, the same sound from earlier as I moved slowly around’ him again, one hand trailing across his shoulder, down his chest, feeling the way his breathing changed under my palm. When his hand finally lifted, fingers grazing my waist, I caught his wrist again and guided it firmly back down.

“I said not yet,” I said, my voice steady even as my own heart was pounding.

“You’re going to be the death of me.” he muttered, eyes already dark, watching my every movement like he was memorizing

I smiled and kept dancing, kept my rhythm slow, every pause had him gripping the edge of the couch instead of me. The music kept its low steady pulse and for a while that was the only sound in the room besides his breathing

When I finally let his hands find my waist, it felt like something he had earned, I moved it again and he wouldn’t stop groaning. Every time his hands twitched like they wanted to reach for me, I gave him a look that made him settle back into the couch instead.

“You’re really enjoying this, aren’t you,” he said, watching me with an expression I hadn’t seen on him before.

“Immensely.” I said, and meant it.

I pressed my palms flat against his chest and felt his heartbeat going hard and fast under my hands, nothing like the calm, composed man who had been giving me orders in the car an hour ago. I liked doing that, finally he was the one waiting on

I leaned down close, my lips just barely grazing his ear again. “Who’s in charge right now?” I asked quietly.

He let out a rough breath. “You are.”

“Say it again.”

“You are.” he said with a tone that made it obvious that saying that was hard.

I straightened up, satisfied, and kept moving to the music, drawing it out, watching him hold himself together by a thread.

I bent down slowly and picked up the long silk rope belt from my gown that had slipped to the floor earlier. The soft fabric felt cool between my fingers, I let it dangle from one hand as I stepped closer to him again, swaying gently with the low beat of the song.

I leaned over him, my lips brushing close to his ear. “You agreed that I’m in charge earlier,” I said sweetly. “So you’re going to let me have my way with you, touching unless I say so. Understand?”

Adrian’s eyes widened even more, but he gave a small nod, his breathing heavy. I smiled and took his wrists gently. I brought them together in front of him and wrapped the silk rope around them, tying it carefully. Not too tight, but firm enough that he would feel it. He could probably get out if he really tried, but I knew he wouldn’t. Not tonight.

I stepped back and admired my work for a moment, seeing him sitting there on the couch, hands bound, watching me with that hungry look made heat pool low in my belly.

I moved back to the chair across from him and sat down slowly. The music continued to play, I leaned back, never breaking eye contact, and slowly widened my legs, I slid one hand between my legs and rubbed my clit over the thin fabric of my panties.

“Mhmmm.” A soft sigh escaped me at the contact. Adrian’s gaze dropped immediately, locked on my hand. His chest rose and fell faster. I smiled at him as I kept touching myself, rubbing slow circles over the damp spot growing on my panties. With my other hand, I reached behind my back, unhooked my bra, and let the straps slide down my shoulders. I pulled it off completely and dropped it to the side.
