I knelt by the grave and removed the old flowers I had left there the last time. placed the flowers I started talking to my mother.
Help me mum. Your wish for me to live a happy life care true for a moment with the life I lived Louis and Tony. I’m in a pickle right now. I hope to find Tony...please tell me he’s alive and that I’ll come out of this.
I then held onto my necklace from her which I wore a lot lately. Once I was done I stood up and decided it was time to leave. Just as I was about to stand up with the old flower bouquet I had left I noticed a a small white object.
Examining it more closely, I found a small sheet of paper peeking out.
My eyes narrowed in confusion as I stared at it for a moment wondering if I was imagining things.
I didn’t put that there. And after many weeks since my last visit it had to have been it must have been placed recently. I mean, it would have rained on several occasions, and the paper should have been destroyed by now.
I casually glanced around me to see if the bodyguards were suspicious of anything. They were all watching me in a relaxed way. Keith was still off taking his call.
I removed it from the box and noticed it was folded and through the folds I saw ink. I quickly put it in my trench coat and began to make my way to the bodyguards who were waiting for me.
"We can discard that for you, ma’am the bodyguards told me offering to take the vase
"Of course," I said, handing over the dead flowers to them.
I then jumped up in surprise as a figure approached me. "Keith,"
"You got say everything you wanted to her? He asked.
Did he see what I had done with the letter just now? No he couldn’t have I had covered
I smiled up at him."Yes, I did."
He then brought a hand to my shoulder and squeezed it.
"Who called you?" I then asked him both out of curiosity and to distract me if he had seen anything.
As we began to make our way back to the car, he told me about it. "Basically, more updates on Edward. They found more info on him. I’ll share the details when we get back home."
The ride the way back to the apartment was a little quiet as I contemplated whether Louis had actually understood my message and realised I wanted him to check the flowers I placed at the grave for my letter.
Then there was also the letter I had snuck into my pocket. I wondered what it was about, but I hoped it was what I was expecting.
Upon arriving back at Keith’s estate, he took me to his office, where he gave me the full details of the updates on Edward. However, not before I went to my room, took off my trench coat, and took the letter out, placing it in my notebook. I would read it when I returned.
