Chapter 60 I’ve Got This
Early the next morning, the trending topics exploded.

Jewell Group Heiress Two–Timing–Late–Night Bar Meetup With a Mystery Man, Blatant Cheating!”
The post showed photos of Wynette at Fittro Bar the night before.
In the photos, she stood side by side with a man. Her face was highlighted with a zoom–in effect, while the man beside her was blurred out.
But Wynette knew it was Adriel.
The scene captured was exactly when Adriel had just arrived at the private room and gotten into a dispute with Noah.
Soon after, another angle surfaced.
“Shepherd Group Heir Heartbroken–Drunk Late at Night, Suspected of Being Attacked, Rushed to ER!”
The article claimed someone had seen Noah in a disheveled state going in and out of the emergency room, and included a photo of him being helped out of Fittro Bar.
The comment section erupted.
[So he rushed to the bar to catch her cheating and got beaten up? Are cheaters really this bold now?]
[And he just takes it? If it were me, I’d beat that cheating woman first and teach her a lesson!]
[We don’t know the full story. No comment for now. Too many one–sided reports these days. Waiting for updates!]
[Wasn’t this Jewell heiress supposed to be madly in love with him? Did I remember wrong? Was it all fake?]
[Sweet and innocent on the surface, wild behind the scenes. Looks like she knows how to play. Isn’t anyone curious who that blurred–out guy is?]
[I know! My friend saw them at Fittro Bar last night. I can’t say who it was, but let’s just say his background is huge–way bigger than the Shepherds.]
[Bigger than the Shepherds? In all of Scenaville, that only leaves…]
[Who are you talking about? Just say it! Don’t leave us hanging! Or your instant noodles come with no seasoning, and you’re stuck on the toilet with no paper!]
[Help, I just want to gossip in peace, jumping wherever the gossip is. Can someone suminarize?]
Before long, Wynette and Noah’s names shot to the top of the trending list, dominating multiple sections.
When Wynette returned from her morning run, she saw Joanne pacing back and forth instead of doing
yoga.

She walked over. “Hey, what’s wrong?”
Glancing at the yoga mat, Wynette dropped into a plank with practiced ease.
“What happened last night got exposed.” Joanne placed her phone in front of her.

Wynette glanced at the two headlines flagged as breaking news and smiled. “Are you upset over this?”
Joanne plopped down cross–legged in front of her, pouting. “Have you seen how badly they’re trashing you online? Noah cheated on you first, and now all the blame’s on you. This is so ridiculous!”
The more she thought about it, the angrier she got. Grabbing her phone, she said, “No, I’m calling my brother. He’ll definitely find a way to suppress these trends.”
The heat had blown up in such a short time. She was sure someone was manipulating things behind the
scenes.
And she didn’t need to guess who. It had to be Noah and Lorelei, that shameless cheating pair.
They were the cheaters, yet they still had the nerve to drag Wynette into it.
Wynette stopped her. “Joanne, leave it alone.”
“No way!” Joanne snapped. “Does your reputation mean nothing? Don’t worry. I won’t just sit here and watch you get insulted like this.”
By now, she’d already noted down the media outlets that published the articles, as well as screenshots of the earliest reposts and the nastiest comments.
Those people were clueless about the truth, yet they spread rumors, made crude jokes, and acted like moral judges. It was laughable.
If she didn’t sue them into bankruptcy, she’d be failing her profession.
Wynette finished her plank, sat beside her, and gently patted her head. “No worries. Relax. Don’t be mad, or you won’t look pretty. Didn’t you always tell me not to be a miserable girl?”
