Steven shot him a sidelong glance. "Are you done?"

Ryan continued his rant.

"You're just a terrible person! Wanting everything your way, as if you're some king who can do whatever he wants! If you loved Zephyra and only Zephyra, I'd respect you for that. But you're playing games with two women and still have the nerve to pull these tricks on her. Shameless bastard! I was so unlucky to get tangled up with you. Thank god you're divorced now. I'll protect Zephyra and make sure a creep like you never gets another chance!"

While Ryan was having his one-sided shouting match with Steven, Mr. Lancaster Sr. and I were completely unaware.

She's an orphan, parents unknown. Her adoptive parents are factory workers but treated her well. She started receiving financial support from the young master in her second year of high school and continued to receive it through graduation.
