“Idiots,” Maeve grunted. “Even if you rejected her in a room full of strangers, she’s not going to go home with Kyst. She’s not going to go back with him.”

“It’s going to be so much fun to expose him. We invited most of the women on the list of his paid patrons of his website,” Adil snickered. “Can you imagine walking into a party thinking it’s for an old man only to find out it’s full of women you’ve been swindling out of cash with dick picks and videos of you jacking off?”

“He fooled us all, Papa Fermín.” Suki spoke up. “I’ve known Kyst as long as Juni has and when I tell you all of this is incredibly shocking to me, I’m not kidding. He’s always been the straight–laced, law–abiding citizen who spoiled his wife like she was a special gift. We look back now and see all the flags but at the time many of us were jealous of how much he loved her. I really know what it means to see someone who is being bombarded with love in a controlling manner. His love came with the price of being controlled.”

“He’s a sociopath.” Phineas grunted. “He lived his en life8:30 with the intent to keep Juniper pandering to his ego. He manipulated her heart and her love by giving her love as a reward for her actions. We all attended her therapy session this week so we can understand how to express our love and affection to her without making her feel like it’s a way to control her. We’re learning a lot.”

“I love you go to therapy for her.” Suki beamed.

“They asked the therapist if they gave me multiple orgasms if it can be construed as sexual manipulation.” Juniper shot Suki a glare, “I’m not as thrilled about their involvement.”

“I did not need to know this.” Fermín made a face.

“That’s what I said!” Juniper laughed at the way her father appeared quite uncomfortable.

“Can we go over the plan again for tonight please?” Fermín asked in a blatant attempt to change the subject.

“Yes. We’re going to go to the hotel where the party is being hosted in a ballroom. My father and grandfather will be there to greet the guests. We will arrive, cause a stir because we’re three hot men with one partner we’re sharing, and we know it’s 27.6 going to get the crowd chattering.”

Juniper laughed, “sounds like Mama.”

“Yes it does, and it sounds like you. Eventually, Denise is going to be permitted to let Kyst and his parents into the party. Ast soon as they get close enough to you to try to talk to you, we’ll step in.”

“I cannot wait,” Fermín’s accent was thick with his excitement. “It is going to be so delightful to tell Lois Kennedy how her husband cheated on her for years and to replay the conversation Adil recorded out of their car earlier this week. I’m going to humiliate her by exposing how her husband thinks she’s nothing more than good head.” Fermín’s face revealed his disgust with the words Carl uttered earlier in the week, “and then I’m going to make sure all of the people who are familiar with Carl know he’s crossed me by using my sister and insulting my daughter. we’re going to make sure all the women who are there are aware they weren’t special, they weren’t wanted, and they were only being used for their wallet.”

“What if,” Juniper questioned quietly, “this pushes them to do something drastic?”

“That’s what all the extra security is for, Juniper. I relish the fucker trying to touch my daughter,” Fermín said hotly, “I’ll make sure he never sees the outside of a cell and once I get him in a jail cell, well, let’s just say it won’t be a comfortable sentence for him. I have friends in places he wouldn’t dare to consider.”
