Larissa's Game of Thrones (Larissa) novel Chapter 167

“What are you waiting for? Let’s go,” Leopold’s arrogant voice snapped him out of his thoughts.

“Solon, Finley’s here too,” Honora said with a gentle smile. “Could you please drive ahead and lead the way?”

A Porsche pulled up beside the Ferrari.

Solon suppressed his irritation, glanced at Leopold, and decided he wasn’t going to play along. “Ms. Judson, you know the address,” he said coolly. “It’s Paddy’s Home. Surely a luxury car like yours has a navigation system?”

Honora froze. Leopold was speechless.

“If you can’t figure out how to get to Paddy’s Home, maybe we should just cancel the meeting,” Solon continued, his voice sharp. “It’s not like I’m the one begging for this.”

He rolled up his window and drove off without a backward glance.

“What the hell was that?” Leopold sputtered, finally finding his voice.

A sense of unease settled over Honora. She hadn’t expected a lapdog like Solon to actually get angry with her.

The back window of the Porsche rolled down. “Honora, your friend just left. Aren’t you coming?” Finley asked.

“You go on ahead, Finley,” Honora said quickly.

Eager to meet Field of Lari, Finley nodded and told his driver to follow Solon’s car.

“He’s just jealous of my Ferrari,” Leopold grumbled. “Poor people are so sensitive. Are we sure this guy even knows Field of Lari?”

So that was it. Larissa laughed. “It’s fine, Solon. You didn’t know. And I only agreed to a meeting. I never said I was going to sell them the rights.”

Solon chuckled. “True.”

“It is a funny coincidence, though,” Larissa said. “How did you and Honora even meet?”

“There was a university event for online authors a while back,” Solon said, a hint of embarrassment in his voice. “She came up to me with one of my books for an autograph, said she was a fan. I thought she was beautiful, my type, so I asked for her number. She gave it to me, and we started chatting occasionally. From her Instagram, she seemed talented, positive… I guess some people are just shallow.”

“What happened?”

“I think her brother was offended by my twenty-thousand-dollar car. And she just let him be.”
