“I have. The real-time GPS location has been sent to your phone, Boss,” Nightveil’s cool voice replied from the other end.

“Good.”

Larissa ended the call with a single word.

She expertly mounted her phone on the dashboard dock and tapped the screen, opening the live feed Nightveil had sent. A prominent red dot blinked on the map, like the trail of a hunted animal. A contemptuous smile touched her lips.

Tampering with her brakes? How utterly foolish.
