Larissa's Game of Thrones (Larissa) novel Chapter 665

Livia followed Margot to the nearest police station on Sunny Road. Margot quickly identified herself to the officers, who informed her that the perpetrator, Trudy, was still being interrogated.

Just as they finished speaking, the interrogation room door opened, and Trudy emerged in handcuffs, flanked by two officers.

Margot rushed forward. "You're Trudy? Tell me, who put you up to this? Was it Larissa?"

Trudy looked up at Margot, her eyes vacant and lifeless. She didn't answer.

The police captain in charge of the interrogation stepped in front of Margot. "You must be the victim's mother. We have questioned the suspect and will brief you on the case."

"Hand her over to me! You'll never get the truth out of her!" Margot demanded.

The captain looked at her without sympathy, his tone professional. "We understand your grief, but this is our job. Please do not interfere with our investigation, ma'am."

Margot pointed a trembling finger at the silent Trudy. "Then tell me what you've gotten out of this woman!"

The captain nodded to the officer taking notes, who immediately reported, "The suspect, Trudy, has confessed. She is the owner of the Luminary Arts Centre, also known as Tallulah. She stated that she hit your son to get revenge for a friend." He continued, "She said that your son killed three people two years ago—a couple and their child. It's the same case that's currently trending online."

The officer practically spat the words out. If he weren't in uniform, he would have said that Theon got exactly what he deserved.

Margot felt no remorse, only rage. "That's bullshit! She's lying! Why would a successful business owner throw her life away to get revenge for someone else?"

After hanging up, she took a deep breath. She knew Damon's reaction was wrong. Something was off. This wasn't the time to cause a scene.

"I was emotional earlier," she said to the officers. "I'll leave the investigation into my son's death in your hands."

Then she turned and walked wearily out of the station.

At the entrance, she saw Livia again, but this time, she was too drained to even yell. Her eyes were filled with hatred. "Are you enjoying this? Don't think for a second that just because my son is dead, your life will get any easier. Your father won't let you get away with this."

Livia just smiled. "I'm his only daughter now. Even if I was involved in your son's death, do you really think he'd sentence me to death?"
