Larissa's Game of Thrones (Larissa) novel Chapter 729

Facing Vivica’s hysterical accusations, Larissa remained composed. “Vivica, do you have any proof? Why would I go to the trouble of kidnapping and torturing you?”

“I heard the kidnappers talking to you on the phone myself!” Vivica shrieked.

“Seriously?” Zendar scoffed from his table. “So Larissa hired kidnappers, and then had them conveniently expose her right in front of you? Do you even have a brain?”

Finley felt mortified. He grabbed his mother’s arm and hissed, “Mom, even if I wanted to believe you, without any proof, it’s impossible. Can you please just stop this?”

Disappointment flooded Vivica’s eyes. “Finley… you’ve let me down. Are you saying you’d rather believe Larissa, the one who did this to me, than your own mother who has loved you for twenty-seven years?”

“It’s not that I don’t want to believe you, but your word alone isn’t convincing,” Finley said, his grip tightening. “Mom, I’m begging you, please stop and just leave.”

Vivica wrenched her arm free. “I will not leave! If that wretched girl doesn’t give me an explanation today, no one is leaving here happy!”

“That’s enough!” Sapphira’s voice cut through the chaos. “Vivica, this is Larissa’s birthday party. If you were kidnapped, you should be at a police station, not making a scene here!”

“Porter!” Neville commanded sharply. “Get her out of here!”

The villagers rose to their feet, shouting in unison, “Get out! Don’t ruin Larissa’s birthday!”

“Wretched girl? A monster like you doesn’t deserve to be her mother!”

The room fell into a dead silence.

Finley and Leopold stared, their eyes wide with disbelief. They couldn’t process that the woman drinking filth on the screen was their mother.

Vivica saw it too. The sight of her own degradation, witnessed by so many, shattered her pride, and her sanity finally snapped.

“Aaargh! Larissa! I hate you! I’ll kill you!” she shrieked, her voice echoing through the room.

While everyone was transfixed by the screen, she shoved her sons aside and lunged at Larissa like a cornered animal. As she ran, she pulled a fruit knife from her clothes, its blade glinting menacingly in the light.
