Larissa's Game of Thrones (Larissa) novel Chapter 804

And causing a car crash was another common tactic.

What other, more ruthless methods could Jedidiah possibly have?

Mulling this over, Larissa finished her morning routine and headed downstairs for breakfast.

“Larissa, good morning,” Sapphira said, as she and Wren carried dishes out from the kitchen.

Larissa snapped out of her thoughts. She looked at her mother’s smiling face, then at Neville getting milk from the microwave. A quiet resolve hardened within her. Whatever Jedidiah had planned, she would not let him succeed. She would never let her parents come to any harm.

“Morning, Larissa! I’m here!”

Fergus called out, forcing a bright, cheerful smile.

Sapphira and Neville, who had just sat down, exchanged confused glances. Didn’t he just get beaten up yesterday? What was he doing back here this morning?

Larissa turned to face Fergus, her own smile deceptively sweet. “Morning. Come have some breakfast.”

Her smile sent a shiver down Fergus’s spine, but he had no choice but to grit his teeth and approach the table.

Larissa pushed her own plate toward him. “Eat up. You’ll need your strength to recover.”

Fergus shook his head. “No, that’s okay…”

“Oh?” Larissa tilted her head, her eyes sharp. “Are you sure?”

“She sounds like she’s training a dog,” Sapphira thought.

Fergus’s face stiffened. He forced another laugh and nodded. “Well, thank you, Larissa.”

But before he could even touch her, Larissa caught his wrist. With a swift, effortless motion, she twisted his arm and flipped him onto the ground. She stood over him, planting her foot firmly on his chest as he struggled to get up.

“Fergus, you really have a death wish, don’t you? Daring to attack me.”

With that, she delivered a sharp kick to his head.

Hearing the commotion, Sapphira and Neville rushed to the doorway just in time to hear Fergus scream, “Larissa, you little bitch! Just wait until Lucius finds me! He’ll chop you into pieces and feed you to the fish!”

Larissa let out a derisive laugh. “Well, well, the mask comes off quickly, doesn’t it? Done playing the part of the repentant sinner? Your acting skills are pathetic. What made you think you could come here and play games to avenge Lucius?”

Fergus gritted his teeth. “Larissa, don’t get too cocky! Lucius just underestimated you! Once he recovers, he’ll find a way to crush the Judson family and sell you into—”

Before he could finish the word “slavery,” Larissa’s shoe was pressing down on his face.
