Chapter 321
Now that the family clearly didn’t want her there anymore-
She came back anyway.
Fiona was furious.
Summer was stunned when she heard it was Stella. “Her? How is that possible…?”
She couldn’t believe it.
“Didn’t she hate coming back to the main house before?”
“At least she used to,” Fiona snapped. “Now she’s practically running back here. If you ask me, she doesn’t want the divorce anymore!”
Summer’s expression darkened instantly.
Stella didn’t want to divorce Evan anymore?
How could that be?
After everything that had happened, they should’ve been over for good.
So why now…?
“If she doesn’t want the divorce,” Summer said slowly, “then why would she hit you?”
“Exactly!” Fiona exploded. “That’s what I’m saying! If she’s moving back in, clearly she doesn’t want the divorce. Then what is this attitude?”
Thinking about it only made her angrier.
If Stella regretted it and wanted to stay-
Shouldn’t she be trying to fix things?
After everything she had done before, shouldn’t she be keeping her head down?
And yet today-
She forced her way in, had people hit her, and even nearly got her mother killed.
Was that the behavior of someone trying to reconcile?
୮
Fiona clenched her teeth. “She wants to stay, but she’s disrespectful to Mom and doesn’t even pretend to get along with us!”
“She’s really moving back in?” Summer asked again, her voice tightening.
Damn it-
What was Stella thinking?
She used to hate this place.

Even if she changed her mind about the divorce, shouldn’t she go back to Mount Lara instead?
Why come here?
“It’s true,” Fiona said bitterly. “She had my room cleared out. Even Grandma’s. She’s taking mine, and she turned Grandma’s into her study!”
“What?” Summer’s eyes widened.
This wasn’t regret-
This was insanity.
She even threw out the Old Mrs. Wright’s belongings?
If she was treating the entire Wright family like this, then she clearly had no intention of living peacefully
with Evan.
So why not just get divorced?
Why come back and cause trouble?
The thought of Stella moving in made Summer deeply uncomfortable.
She didn’t want to see her.
Especially not to see her and Evan together again.
After everything that had happened, weren’t they already over?
So why come back now?
“And she brought Felix’s people with her,” Fiona added, almost losing it again. “What is she even trying to
do?”
Summer stiffened. “Felix’s people? What do you mean?”
“What else? Staff. Bodyguards!”
“All of them?”
“Yes!”
The more Fiona talked, the angrier she got.

Things with the Felix family were already uncertain. She and her mother had just been turned away at the
door.
