“I would have gone to the store and grabbed you what you needed but your brother showed up this afternoon and I didn’t want to be seen getting women’s clothing when I said I hadn’t seen you.”

I stumbled back so quickly that I almost fell down, raven’s hands lashed out and steadied me.

Confused, he stared at me. “I always forget you have other siblings. But yes it was Josh.”
