Chapter 309 The Last Betrayal
Agnes’s voice rang out, cold and clear. “You saw the video I uploaded. I didn’t alter anything.
“Rebecca is the one who killed Monica. She even went to the hospital to finish her off. You sa it yourself!”
Duncan lay collapsed on the ground, as if his soul had left his body. He didn’t respond and didn’t seem to hear anything at all.
Raymond’s voice turned cold and final. “Hand Rebecca over. I’ll spare your life.”
Suddenly, Duncan burst into manic laughter.
“Spare my life? Hahaha! What’s the point of living like this?”
He lifted his bloodshot eyes and stared at Raymond.
“Why the hell has fate treated me like this? What do I lack compared to you, Raymond? Haha!
His voice echoed through the cemetery-hollow, broken, insane.
Then he lowered his head, as if lost in thought.
A moment later, he slowly looked up again. A chilling smile spread across his face.
“Then, let’s go to hell together.”
Boom!
A deafening explosion tore through the night, and then, white smoke engulfed the entire cemetery.
Agnes’s mind went blank, and her ears started ringing sharply.
Through the haze, she saw Raymond lunging toward her.
A sharp pain shot through her vision, and everything went black.
Time passed…
Raymond pushed himself up. Agnes was lying too still beneath him, and her face was covered in blood.
His voice broke instantly. “Agnes? Agnes! Wake up! Wake up!”

Like a man possessed, he scooped her into his arms and rushed to the car, slamming the accelerator to the floor.
His shattered voice turned into desperate pleading.
“Please… Agnes, hold on… please… I won’t let anything happen to you… I won’t!”
The cemetery was left in ruins.
In one corner, Duncan lay barely alive, clinging to his last breath.
Through his fading vision, he saw Rebecca standing not far away-watching him coldly.
“Re… Rebecca…”
With great effort, he reached out toward her, begging for help. But she didn’t move.

Rebecca suddenly burst into laughter.
“Your child? Wow, you really think highly of yourself.”
She leaned down slowly, her face close to his, a twisted smile forming.
“Since you’re about to die, I might as well tell you the truth.
“The baby in my stomach has absolutely nothing to do with you.”
