"I came to check on you! What is this look? Are you doing cosplay or something? Hahaha!"

Raymond's voice stayed low and flat. "Just say what you came to say."

Carmen could tell he was a little annoyed, so she held back her laughter a little and didn't dare laugh too hard.

She covered her mouth, still chuckling. It was just too funny. After a moment, she finally calmed down and said, "On my way in, I ran into a girl at the gate. She said she's your private nurse.

"Eden was being super harsh with her. I mean, can you guys be a little nicer to women?

Raymond frowned, like something clicked. "Her?"

Raymond shot back, "If I'm a slave driver, what does that make you? A savior here to plead her case?"

Carmen shrugged. "Alright, alright. Give her another chance. It's not easy for a girl to land a decent job.
