Margaret Tucker AKA Lord Reaper novel Chapter 86

Chapter 86 The Calm Before the Storm

Finisher

Arthur’s voice lost all calm. He ground his teeth. “Don’t touch a thing! I’m on my way! Who the hell is this hacker? I swear I’ll find them!”

He’d lost.

Arthur had been a prodigy his whole life-unbeatable, untouchable. He’d never known what it felt like to lose. Now, for the first time, he tasted defeat. And it sucked.

The call stayed connected. The bald programmer heard a loud crash-Arthur must have slammed his phone to the ground. Then, silence.

He’d never seen Arthur blow a fuse like this.

At the gaming café, Margaret finally stopped typing. She leaned back in the gaming chair, arms crossed, legs propped up-total badass vibe.

A satisfied look spread across her beautiful face as she stared at the screen. She’d done it.

Arthur was actually impressive. Cracking the system was harder than she’d thought.

And she’d had it easy-Arthur hadn’t even tried to stop her. If he’d been there fighting back, she never would’ve broken in so smoothly.

She’d heard of Arthur’s reputation before. Now she knew-he was the real deal.

Her eyes lit up, eager for more. She had to find a chance to beat him fair and square.

She loved impossible challenges. She lived for the thrill of facing something tough, conquering it, and taking down the strong.

Without that, the world would be way too boring.

Margaret tapped a few keys. The screen went back to normal.

She pulled out her phone and typed casually, “@PhoneGuru: Karemin’s telecom system will glitch for about two hours. Use that window to send the dirt to every phone as a text.”

“Got it!”

“Holy shit! You’re a legend! You actually broke through Arthur’s system!”

“Insane! I’m ashamed to say-I tried challenging Arthur once. Couldn’t even get past the first firewall.”

“Same here…”

“This is the Hacker God! Our hacker messiah!”

“Yeah! Our messiah!”

Chapter 66 The im Before the Stone

Calm

The group chat exploded with messages-pore admirará

These hackers were big names on that count or they were spamming like kod

“@Everyone: Cut the brown-nosing, Did you finish your tanka?”

Margaret’s messages were as sharp and no-nonsense as her voice-cold and commanding

Everyone in the group assumed the Hacker God was a cold aggroachable guy.

As soon as the messaged the chat went quiet. Then, one by one, they reported in like good soldier.

I’ve secretly taken over all major platforms. At the right time their trending pages and recommendations will be flooded with Clara and Michelle’s dirt. Ill be an internet cable

Tve hacked Karemin’s TV satellites. When the time comes, every satellite TV will play Clara and Michelle’s scandals.

Tve got the radio stations under control

Tve collected most of the din-but it’s not mean enough. Can I make fake videos? Like, cips of those MD with guys? Don’t worry. I’ll make them look 100% real My skills are good-no onell tell the offference”

Margaret typed back. “Do what you want.”

All she cared about was making Clara and Michelle national jokes. The truth? Who gave a crap? Certainly not her.

@Everyone: 7 PM sharp. Let’s roll

‘Got it!

“Whoo! Let’s go! I’m so hyped-I can’t wait!”

“This time, we’ll show those security geeks-our crew is unbeatable!”

“Clara and Michelle should thank us and pay us. We’re giving them the biggest national exposure ever-way better than buying Twitter trends. That’s kid stuff.

One hour left until 7 PM.

In Capaville, the Imperial Hotel hosted a glamorous banquet.

All the city’s big names-rich and powerful-were there.

The Millers, one of the four great families, had thrown the party. Hardly anyone dared to snub an invitation from them.
