He walked straight inside and found rows of containers of various sizes, each tightly sealed.
Matthew casually lifted the lid of a large jar—and inside lay two or three dissected corpses. Looking at the other containers, some held extracted organs, others dark red blood plasma, and some even contained chopped human skin.
This was clearly a human experimentation lab run by the Medusa Gang! He hadn't expected that their base was hidden here as well.
In just two short days, Matthew had already uncovered two of their strongholds. Who knows how many more people are still suffering and dying in hidden corners we haven't found yet?
It feels like the time has come to wipe them out completely. Even so, judging by this base, a human experimentation lab of this scale can't compare to the Medusa Gang stronghold we took down in District 13.
With no further leads for now, his best option was to stay patient, lie in wait, and follow the trail to bigger prey.
…
Matthew returned to Ronny's territory and told him everything that had happened today, as well as his next plan.
Ronny pledged his full support, vowing to help Matthew eradicate the Medusa Gang once and for all.
…
When Matthew arrived at the clinic again, he had already taken on a new disguise—that of a refined young traditional doctor, introduced as the junior apprentice of the clinic's owner.
Now dressed in a simple hemp robe, his new face looked a little plain and stiff, yet his bearing remained striking, carrying with it a youthful charm.
As Matthew surveyed the messy shelves and poor-quality medicines, he realized the clinic needed a complete overhaul. He threw out the worthless stock, replaced the cabinets with new ones, and filled them with fine herbs of excellent quality.
While cleaning the clinic owner's quarters, he even discovered 1 million Dornia Emeralds in cash hidden under the bed.
"Greedy!" Matthew said. This must have been the life savings of countless people!
"You are a good person. Please, I beg you, ask the owner to spare me the clinic's Serene Pills. Once I gather enough money for the prescription, I promise to pay it in full…"
Matthew immediately understood. This was one of the patients who had been cheated by the clinic's previous unscrupulous owner!
"The man before was my senior brother. He's no longer here. From now on, I'll be running this place."
The moment she heard this, the old woman collapsed back in despair. "Then, what will we do? My granddaughter's illness is getting worse every day. Without those pills, how can she possibly recover?"
"Where is your granddaughter?" Matthew asked gently. "Let me take a look at her."
"It's no use," she muttered. "Even your senior brother couldn't cure her. And now that the pills are gone, all we can do is leave it to fate."
He clenched his fists. That heartless man had completely brainwashed these poor people—so much so that even after his death, his poisonous influence still lingered.

The readers' comments on the novel: Medical Genius Unspeakable Marriage (Matthew Larson)
The story started out really good, but after 400+ chapters, I got exhausted because of the in-laws. There’s just too much pointless chatter and greed. The protagonist is supposed to be strong but turns soft whenever the in-laws are involved—even the wife, yikes. Do they always have to give in to every demand and treat? Too weak. I didn’t get angry, just tired… so I stopped reading 😜...
