Chapter 130-1
Raven’s POV
It was crazy how all three of the brothers made me feel differently, as each of them seemed to call to a different side of me. Chase here, he was drawing out a side to me that I never even knew existed, one that honestly scared the hell out of me, but on the other hand, one that was kicking back, allowing me to let my hair down.
To say that the side he was drawing deep within me was a bit rebellious, and maybe even a little promiscuous, would actually be a truthful statement, as I felt like all my preservation was gone in his presence right now. Between his lips, his taste, and his touch, I felt like I was floating on cloud nine, and if I was being honest, I wanted him to stay here with me, because I loved how free he was now making me feel.
Unlike his brothers, Chase gave two shits about what others thought about him, and he was more of a free spirit, doing whatever he wanted when he wanted to. He didn’t take orders or follow the rules, which was completely the opposite of me, but after everything that I had been through, being with him right now like this, was like a breath of fresh air.
I know I stayed at my grandmother’s house to think tonight, but I had done enough thinking, and this honestly was the distraction that I now needed. I needed to be swept away, forgetting about everything that had happened. Plus, Jesus, the way that Chase was taking complete control and making me feel, I never wanted to come back from the cloud he was putting me on.
Chase had ignited a fire inside of me, one that was burning so hot that I knew only he and his bad boy ways could extinguish it. Normally, I would never have behaved this way, but something inside of me felt like it was taking over. It was as if Chase was awakening something deep within me, something that felt like it was a part of me that had been lost.
As it began to rise within me, I felt like I was, for the first time, becoming whole. When Chase’s lips moved to the extremely sensitive spot on my collar bone, I couldn’t help but begin to move my hips, causing the most desirable friction between the two of us.
But that wasn’t the only thing that it caused, as my body slid ever so slightly down the wall, landing my heated core right on top of his own reaction to this moment. If it wasn’t for the fabric of our pants stopping our two body parts from connecting, we both would be getting the satisfaction we were seeking.
A low deep growl at that moment, rumbled from Chase’s chest, sending a vibration through my entire body, carrying a wave of new excitement with it. But that excitement was short–lived when Chase stepped back, lowering my body to the floor, leaving me standing

there alone against the wall, as we both stared at each other with our chests heaving.

I don’t know why, but at that moment, I felt like my heart was being ripped out of my chest, as my stomach began to turn into a knot. It was almost as if my body was reacting to his lack of touch, taking it as a rejection from him, which was making me feel absolutely sick.
Finally catching his breath, he begins to shake his head at me, as he takes another step back, before he finally says, “We have to stop. We can’t do this. It’s the mate bond taking over us. This isn’t what you truly want.”
At first, I wanted to argue with him that he had no clue what the hell I wanted, but then his words fully registered with me, making me realize that there was more to this mate thing between us all. In a way, I already knew this, but hearing it from his lips, it was now confirmed, and I needed to know the truth about who I truly was to them.
From what I was now gathering, being someone’s mate meant a hell of a lot more than just being someone’s girlfriend. Something was telling me that there had to be some kind of supernatural force at play, especially if Chase thinks that is the reason our bodies were reacting to each other like this.
