Moon Phased: The Triple Claim novel Chapter 353

Chapter 174-1

Raven’s POV

With my head now thrown back against Cash’s sculpted chest, there was no doubt in my mind that the whole entire house had to be hearing what I was feeling at this very moment. Even as I try my damnedest to hold my screams of pleasure back, there’s no use, especially with Cash’s fingers remaining beneath the waistline of my panties.

My body felt like butter in his arms, and with each precise and skillful movement that he made, tantalizing my now extremely sensitive flesh, he knew he had me just where he wanted me. If I was being honest, my body and my mind were both relishing in sheer bliss so much that the rational side of me didn’t give a shit anymore to whom the hell was hearing me.

My emotions, though, were the clear winner with this war of mind over matter, tossing all attempts to hide the way I was feeling from the world to the side, as Cash was making me feel like nothing in this world mattered except for the two of us right now. I had waited my whole life to have someone make me feel this way, and after almost dying today, I’d be damned if I wasn’t going to allow myself this moment in time with him.

Tightening my grip around his hair, I held back my screams as I licked my lips and pulled his head down towards me, before capturing his lips with mine. Instantly, Cash’s lips parted slightly, while a moan slipped from them, causing the most delectable vibration, before his moans turned into a soft hum.

Honestly, if his arms weren’t still wrapped around me, holding me upright, I don’t think that I would still be standing, because this intimate kiss we were sharing right now was taking my breath away. Cash and I had shared intense moments before, but they weren’t even of the same caliber as this one we were sharing right now.

I wasn’t sure if it was because I had watched him risk his own life to save mine, or if it was the fact that he was the one that had searched for me, but whatever this new connection was, it started the moment I laid my body on top of his within the foliage. But with everything that had transpired after that moment with him, especially with thinking that I had lost Mazie, those feelings had gotten lost among my emotions, that was until now.

Now that the two of us were here in this room alone, and Mazie was alive and well, all thanks to him, those emotions were free to come flooding back to me ten times full, and that was exactly what they were doing. I couldn’t help but to welcome these new feelings, because for the first time in a long time, I wasn’t feeling dread and death knocking on my door.

Instead, I was feeling warmth, love, and compassion beyond what I ever thought was humanly possible, but then, of course, neither of us, I guess, were human. These emotions I

was feeling right now, they weren’t just your normal kind of butterflies a girl gets being with her significant other. No, these were so much more than just that, as they felt like they were running deep within me, almost as if they were touching my soul, while my heart continued to feel like it was skipping a beat with each breath that I took.

Something was telling me that these feelings were somehow a direct consequence of this mate bond that we supposedly share, and I couldn’t help but to now believe that there was an unearthly connection between the two of us. Honestly, I had no clue what all this mate bond entitled, but if the way I was feeling right now was truly a benefit of it, then I was going to welcome it with open arms.

After everything that I had been through these past couple of days, especially today, I was beginning to see life in a whole different perspective. Today, I thought more than once that my life was over, but I somehow survived, and it had me believing that maybe there was a reason or, should I say, reasons why I was still here.
