My Deceased Wife Wants a Divorce (Hannah) novel Chapter 506

If her story could help more people blinded by love wake up and avoid making the same foolish mistakes she had, then it would be a good thing.

She hoped more young women would realize before marriage that in any relationship—be it romantic, familial, or platonic—the most important person is themselves. Take care of yourself first, then others.

Don't be like her, foolishly giving everything and getting nothing in return but scorn.

After Hannah left, Lionel stood frozen in place for a while before dejectedly getting into his car and driving away.

He went alone to the restaurant he had booked. Although he had suspected that getting Hannah to join him for dinner wouldn't be easy, he had still wanted to try. Unfortunately, the outcome was exactly as he had expected.

"Sir, your party hasn't arrived yet. Would you like us to wait a little longer to serve the food? It's past your reservation time," a waiter asked as he entered the private room.

"No need. There are no other guests. It's just me. You can bring the food out."

The waiter nodded and left the room.

"Did you get a good look at him?"

"Yeah, it's that scumbag who's been all over the news lately."

"I recognized him when he made the reservation. He was probably planning to bring his ex-wife here for a nice meal to talk things over, but she completely snubbed him. I wouldn't want to deal with a scumbag like that either. It's no surprise she didn't show up."

"Exactly. Meeting a guy like that is just a string of bad luck. I hope his ex-wife gets her divorce smoothly."

[You never know what you have until it's gone.]

[I think he's done so much to try and win her back, Hannah should give him a chance.]

[A chance for what? She gave him so many chances before, and he didn't take them. Now that he's scared and regretting it, he wants to get back together? In his dreams.]

[Honestly, in a relationship, it's not always about who's right or wrong. They should sit down and talk it out. Look at Lionel, he's been trying to talk to Hannah, but she just keeps pushing him away. That's not how you resolve things.]

[Is the commenter above one of Lionel's paid trolls? He cheated on her, gave his mistress a ton of assets, and then went abroad to travel with her, leaving his wife at home. After all that, he deserves another chance? A chance for what?]
