Chapter 319 A Touching Moment

In the face of Colin's gaze filled with curiosity and interest, Faye said in a voice that was only audible to them two, "I'll explain it to you later."

Colin smiled meaningfully and said, "Okay."

Ten minutes later, Blaine and Tiffany were still arguing. The maid went up to Colin and whispered, "Sir, the Yogurt with Granola is ready."

Colin answered coldly, "Good."

He then turned to Faye and asked, "Let's have some now?"

Faye nodded in agreement.

The cook here always made good Yogurt with Granola.

Sitting at the table, Faye took a bite as Colin leaned against the seat and looked at her intently.

"How is it?"

Faye replied honestly, "Not bad. Wanna try some?"

Colin sat up straight, leaned forward, and opened his mouth.

Faye looked up at him. With a pause for a short moment, she scooped some and sent it to his mouth.

Colin said smilingly, "Baby, it's too much."

Faye uttered, "I've used this spoon. Don't you mind it?"

Colin ridiculed, "Why will I?"

Faye was wordless.

That Colin and Faye had the Yogurt with Granola in the dining room intimately was a stark contrast to the fierce argument between Blaine and Tiffany in the living room.

Colin only had two bites and then said to Faye dotingly, "I'm not hungry. Eat your fill."

Faye nodded and focused on the food.

Suddenly, Colin said, "I remember you loved this in your childhood. It hasn't changed for so many years."

Faye came to a halt and asked, "You still remember it?"

Colin reached for a tissue to wipe Faye's mouth. "Then why do you think you could eat two servings every time?" said he.

Faye raised her eyes in astonishment.

Colin bantered, "Understood?"

With that, Colin added, "Fortunately, Abbot was even greedier."

When Blaine and Tiffany stopped arguing, it was already after three o'clock in the morning.

Although it was in the Farrells' Mansion, no one sided with Blaine. Old Mr. Farrell was ill; Hank and Helen were not partial to Blaine, let alone Colin.

Blaine slumped onto the couch with his chest heaving up and down.

Tiffany looked at him with disgust and stated, "I've put up with you for so many years. Do you think I really love you so much that I can't live without you? Had it not for the kids, not for..."

Tiffany said that angrily, and Hank suddenly said, "Mom."

Tiffany uttered, "Mm-hmm."

Helen asked again, "Are you going to be with that toy boy after the divorce?"

Tiffany looked up at Helen and said in a disagreeable tone, "You stay out of it."

Helen sobbed with emotions as she said, "That Emmett Colton guy is only one year older than me. Mom, if word gets out..."

Helen was choking when Hank snapped, "Go upstairs and sleep!"

Helen asked, "Hank, even you don't talk into Mom?"

Hank said with a frown, "If you don't listen to me, I'll have people send you back to the hometown tomorrow."

Hearing Hank's warning, Helen bit her lower lip, got up, and left with tearful eyes.

Shortly after Helen went upstairs, Tiffany heaved a long sigh as she got up and went to the dining room.

"Colin, it's getting late. Please stay the night with Faye here."

Colin raised his eyes and smiled, saying, "Okay."

Tiffany said, "Good night."

Colin said to Tiffany lazily, "Good night."

Watching Tiffany leave, Colin looked back at Faye and asked, "Have you had enough?"

Taking a glimpse at Hank who was still in the living room, Faye caught on to it in a heartbeat and asked lightly, "You guys need to talk?"
