Noelle sat on the couch and noticed that all the snacks were things she liked to eat. After Robin left, Noelle went over and had some fruit.

Noelle instantly felt happy. So, was this what it felt like to be in a relationship?

She ate a little more and had originally planned to read through her notes, but sleep crept up on her. Resting her head on the desk, she ended up dozing off right there.

When Cedric finally finished his meeting, he rushed back to his office. And there she was—fast asleep at his desk.

Robin followed behind him in a hurry. "Mr. Greene, I—"

Cedric put his finger to his lips and lowered his voice, saying, "Bring it here."

Robin naturally noticed Noelle sleeping and also lowered his voice. After Cedric had signed the documents, he handed them to Robin directly.

Then, he walked over to Noelle. She was curled over her study notes, and the sight reminded him of how she looked back during her college entrance exams.

Cedric couldn't help but reach out and brush her cheek. She was just too cute.

Noelle felt someone touching her face and immediately opened her eyes, "You're done with your meeting?"

"Yeah, let's go home and have some lamb stew."

Cedric picked up Noelle in his arms, "Let's go."

Noelle's cheeks flushed. "Put me down first."

However, Cedric ignored her and carried her directly out of the office and to the elevator.

Everyone saw this scene and was stunned. They never expected Cedric to have such a gentle and affectionate side.

Later, the two went home to the villa together, where the lamb stew was already prepared.

When Noelle smelled the aroma, she touched her stomach and mumbled, "I'm actually getting pretty hungry."

Cedric sat beside Noelle, ladling a generous portion of lamb stew into her bowl. "Eat up."
