Xenia's sudden reveal hit everyone like a bomb.

Noelle stared at Xenia in disbelief. She could not believe that Xenia was pregnant at such a critical moment.

Wyatt was initially shocked before becoming overjoyed. He walked over to Xenia and asked, "Are you really pregnant?"

Noelle noticed that Xenia was clutching her belly, pretending to look like a pregnant woman. She could not help but be suspicious of Xenia's claims. But Wyatt had already believed Xenia.

He helped her up before turning to Donovan. "Donovan, did you hear that? Xenia's pregnant with my child! That means that we definitely shouldn't call the police! I don't want my child to have a mother with a criminal record."

Donovan suddenly found himself in a difficult position. He never imagined that Xenia would be pregnant at a time like this.

Frank spoke up. "Is she really pregnant? We'll find out when we get a doctor to check on her."

The easiest way was to buy a pregnancy test and have Xenia take it. The results showed that Xenia was indeed pregnant.

Noelle spoke up coldly. "She's pregnant, yes, but what does that have to do with her crimes?"

Wyatt immediately replied, "How could it not matter? Xenia's pregnant with my child! If she goes to prison, can you bear for your nephew to have a mother with a criminal record?"

"She's newly pregnant. She can just get an abortion for it."

"How can you be so heartless, Noelle? That's a life we're talking about! How can you just get rid of it like it's nothing?"

"Then what do you want? Do you want to marry the enemy's daughter and have children with her? What would Mom and Dad think?!"

Wyatt was left speechless for a long while.

He eventually came up with a reply. "But that's still my child! What do you expect me to do? I didn't even know that Xenia's father was the one who killed my parents before all of this. I believe Mom and Dad will understand my decision if they're still alive."

A gleam of joy flashed across her eyes as she realized that it meant that Wyatt would be even less likely to give up on the child in her belly. It was a chance for her to turn things around!

She immediately put on a pitiful display and said, "Wyatt, I've really realized my wrongdoings. Once the baby is born, I promise that I'll be a good wife to you and never betray the Liddells ever again. My dad has never raised me, after all, so I have no real feelings for him."

Wyatt held onto Xenia's hand as he became even more determined to keep the child.

He turned to Donovan and said, "Donovan, you heard her. Xenia understands that she has made mistakes. Now that she's pregnant with my child, we can't really just send her to prison, can we?"

Donovan was completely overwhelmed by the sudden reveal.

He had no idea about what he should do. He sat down on the couch and looked up at Noelle. "What do you think we should do?"

"I've not changed my mind. We'll call the police and make her face the consequences of her actions," Noelle replied.
