Noelle stared at her parents' memorial pictures. Then, she turned to Xenia. "Have you forgotten the rules? You're supposed to pay respect to my parents every day."

Xenia's expression turned unpleasant. "I… I've been doing it."

She had been cutting corners when no one was watching. Who would have thought Noelle would come back today? But Noelle could tell from her expression that she hadn't been doing it at all. She said bluntly, "Barnaby."

"Didn't my dad turn himself in? What does any of that have to do with me?" Xenia was feeling aggrieved. She was pregnant. Couldn't Noelle show her some sympathy?

Just then, the rest of the Liddell family arrived. Xenia clutched her belly and turned pitifully toward Wyatt.

Wyatt saw her position and instantly understood what this was about. He said flatly, "Xenia, just do as you're told. Someone will be watching. You won't be hurt."

Frank said coldly from the side, "If you don't want to be kicked out and start living a hard life, you'd better behave."

Xenia knew no one was going to speak for her now, so she could only grit her teeth and comply. However, she felt wronged the whole time.

Noelle watched silently until Xenia fell to her knees in front of the memorial pictures. It was only then that she turned and sat down on the couch.
