After Alfred left, Nella supported Regis as they left the reception room together.

“The New Year’s almost here. Everyone’s back. Why don’t you and Alfred come back to Keywood Estate and stay for a while?”

Regis suddenly made the suggestion, catching Nella off guard.

She quickly found an excuse.

“Keywood Estate is pretty far from the hospital. There are a lot of surgeries scheduled at the end of the year, so staying there might not be very convenient.”
