Chapter 366 Cousin
This had been Regis’s greatest heartbreak.
Since then, no one among the Keywoods was allowed to speak of Tolina.

But now, a young man appeared claiming to be Tolina’s son, looking just like him. Suspicion was inevitable.
“There are only two possibilities,” Alfred said.
“One, this man claiming to be my aunt’s son is a fraud, trying to get close to our family using her name.
“The other, my aunt’s disappearance back then was deliberate. Either way, we need to investigate thoroughly.”
He paused, then looked at his father.
“Grandpa saw that man in Apex, right? What’s his name
Sebastian hesitated. “He didn’t mention it.”
“Surely Nella knows.”
Camelia suddenly spoke up, “She called him ‘senior.””
Alfred’s face changed instantly.
He turned sharply to Camelia.
“Nella called him her senior?”
“Yeah.”
Camelia nodded. “Alfred, do you know him?”
Alfred’s expression darkened as he recalled the man in the cafeteria who had repeatedly provoked him. His gaze grew sharp.
“Wesley,” Alfred said slowly, his voice edged with ice.
“It’s him.”
Thinking of Nella defending Wesley, a mix of jealousy, nease, and worry rose in Alfred’s chest.
“You know that kid?”
Sebastian asked, noticing his son’s darkened expression
Alfred nodded, hesitated, then recounted how Wesley hd saved Nella in Glacieroth and taken care of her for two weeks.
Sebastian furrowed his brows. “What a coincidence.”
Alfred remained silent, but the intensity in his eyes only grew.
Wesley had better truly be good to Nella.

Winter break had arrived.
Most students had already gone home, except those interning in the city.
After his morning run, Wesley returned to his residence when a black Bentley slowly blocked his path.
Wesley stopped, his gaze landing on the slowly rolling-down car window. When he saw the face inside, he raised an eyebrow slightly.
He stepped forward a couple of paces, the corners of his eyes lifting, and greeted, “Morning.”
He glanced toward the complex gate and asked, “Here to see Sunny?”
The dorm complex where the school had arranged Wesley’s housing was the same one Nella lived in.
Like he was deliberately provoking Alfred, he added, “I live just above Nella’s building. Should I pass a message along for you?”
Alfred’s face showed no emotion, even if anger burned inside.
He looked coldly at Wesley and slowly spoke, “Nella and I aren’t divorced yet, so you’d better watch yourself. Even if we do divorce, she might not even be interested in you.”
His hand rested casually on the window ledge, tapping lightly.
“I heard you’re my aunt’s son. Don’t mind grabbing coffee with your cousin, do you?”
Hearing the words “cousin,” Wesley’s half-smile faded slightly.
