Others Summon Dragons, I Summon Legendary Knights novel Chapter 80

Chapter 80: Envious Staff

"The scared kitten has grown to be brave," Ulric said with a slight raise of his lips.

Jon shook his head with a light smile. "Let’s go." He turned and walked away with the other boys, leaving the sophomores holding their hearts.

Godfrey might be strong, but he was against Jon, who alone could handle the others in Nexus Club. Then there was Yuan, the blood beast who just didn’t seem to have an upper limit in strength. As long as it kept getting bloody, he grew stronger.

Edric could regenerate like it was nothing, and his self-healing was a perfect one, meaning there would not even be a scratch left. As long as it wasn’t his own claws, he could heal in an instant.

The flames of the triplets were terrifying, and once their summons merged, their strength rose rapidly. Tank had incredible defense with lightning of greater destructive capability than Dale. He was like a higher version of Dale but with a rhino as his summon.

This group was terrifying on their own, but together, even an experienced high-ranked guild party filled with combatants or a team of agents had a great chance of losing.

Seeing them leave gave the sophomore students great relief.

To celebrate their win, Edwin took the sophomores to an eatery. Walking away from the rowdy bunch eating and talking about the game, Godfrey approached the counter.

He looked back through the floor-to-ceiling window but still didn’t see Isolde.

’Where’s she?’

As he turned and made his order, a sweet scent made him turn, raising an eyebrow at the brown-skinned girl leaning against the counter. She wasn’t far. In fact, she was quite close.

Godfrey recognized her as one of the cheerleaders during the game – Rowana.

"Hi," she greeted with a sweet tone. "You played really well today."

"Thank you," Godfrey replied with a complimentary smile.

"Isn’t that Rowana?" a sophomore’s eyes widened.

Rowana’s cute smile froze when an icy voice cut deep into her from behind.

"Haven’t you ordered what you came for?"

Hearing that voice, Godfrey turned and saw Isolde walking up to them. Rowana quickly left while Isolde stood by the counter, flipped her hair, and shot Godfrey a side glance.

The staff who brought Godfrey’s order sighed inwardly. ’To have beautiful girls being jealous over me was the dream.’ He looked around his workplace, a place he didn’t dream of, before looking at Godfrey.

Godfrey, on the other hand, was confused at the staff’s envious glance.

In a mansion located in a blue gate dungeon on an island close to Manhattan, a woman in slippers walked into a massive room with a lofty ceiling.

All around the room were top-grade paintings, some abstract, some life-like, some that looked like they had no meaning, just a cluster of different colors, but they all did, and each had a name.
