Judith Pierce said nothing, her gaze complex as she looked at him.

"That’s my sister-in-law!"

Walker Grant shot upright, his handsome face twisting into an ugly expression. "She misunderstands me, and you all do, too?"

Judith Pierce sighed. "Walker, you may not have any ulterior motives, but you can’t stop some people from having them. You two are always meeting. What if..."

"Impossible."

Walker Grant cut her off, his face cold. "My sister-in-law loves my brother deeply. I saw how in love they were with my own eyes. So, it’s absolutely impossible."
