Ran Away Pregnant Came Back Alpha Heiress (Amelia and Damien) novel Chapter 313

**Night Whispers Forgotten Names – Colin Shah 313**

**Chapter 313**

**Sienna’s POV**

Amelia leaned forward, her fingers brushing against mine as she took the potion bottle from my trembling hands. In that fleeting moment, a flicker of hope ignited within me, illuminating the shadows of dread that had settled deep in my heart. Soon, she would swallow the contents, and perhaps, just perhaps, this unbearable weight would lift, at least for now.

Yet, deep down, I knew that Amelia remained blissfully unaware of the truth lurking beneath her dreams. To her, they were mere figments of imagination, whimsical fantasies. But I understood the reality; those dreams were fragments of her past, memories she had long buried. If that perception were to shift, if she began to suspect me, the delicate balance of my life would shatter, spiraling into chaos.

I needed her to cease her probing, to stop unearthing the past that was better left forgotten.

The potion I had concocted was derived from the meticulous notes Jeffery had scribbled. While he occupied the bathroom, I had seized the opportunity to snap a quick picture of the formula for the forgetting potion. With a sense of urgency, I had brewed it, my heart racing as I worked in secret, ensuring he wouldn’t catch me in the act.

Though I wasn’t a specialist in memory manipulation, I was confident in my ability to follow a recipe. I had faith that the potion I created would deliver the desired outcome, erasing Amelia’s recollections and allowing her to start anew.

Perhaps this time, she could fully embrace her identity as Annette, shedding her traits as Amelia entirely. The last thing I wanted was to revisit the chaos of her witchcraft and the complications it brought into my life.

However, just as Amelia was poised to drink from the bottle, an unexpected shift occurred. She halted, her eyes widening with a flash of something fierce and primal.

In the blink of an eye, the potion bottle slipped from her grasp, crashing to the floor with a shattering sound that echoed through the room. Glass shards scattered like stars across the tile, and the potion spilled out, forming a small, futile puddle that mocked my efforts.

“Annette, what in the world!” I exclaimed, my voice tinged with panic.

But this was no longer Annette, nor was it the Amelia I knew.

“Sienna, we finally meet,” a voice emerged from Amelia’s lips, smooth yet laced with an unsettling undertone. “I am Serena, the wolf that resides within Amelia.”

“Why haven’t you said anything until now?” I managed to utter, my voice barely above a whisper.

“Amelia wishes to trust you,” Serena replied, her voice steady. “And I had my reasons for keeping her past hidden from her. But that ends now. She will remember, regardless of your efforts to suppress the truth.”

Her words hit me like a bucket of ice-cold water, sending shockwaves of fear and realization coursing through me. Serena’s presence complicated everything, and her threats loomed over me like a storm cloud, making my heart race with anxiety.

But I had been resilient for far too long, enduring the chaos as Amelia pushed me out of my own life.

Even in the face of intimidation, I refused to let this wolf dictate my fate.

I would find a way to secure my own safety, no matter the cost.

I just needed more time to devise a plan.
