“Oh my god. Am I seeing things, or is that Lydia?”
“It really looks like her. But who’s that guy with her? He doesn’t go to our school, does he?”
“I thought she already had a boyfriend. Is this him?”

“Seriously, is the top student really this wild?”
The whole field exploded with whispers and gasps. Phones popped out everywhere as people scrambled to record what was happening. No one could believe it. Lydia, the perfect student, was out here meeting up with two different guys in one night. And not just any guys—they were both total heartthrobs. One girl, two guys. It was like something out of a drama.
Lydia and Connor stood in a shadowy corner, so no matter how many photos people snapped, Connor’s face was just a blur. Maybe a side profile at best.
Lydia knew everyone was watching, phones raised. She hated being the center of attention, but if she tried to push Connor away now, he’d probably lose it in front of everyone.
Connor, on the other hand, didn’t care at all. Let them take as many pictures as they wanted. They’d spent the whole week snapping shots of that idiot Jay. Now it was his turn to step into the spotlight.
Hannah chimed in, unable to hide her amazement. “No wonder she’s top of the class. She’s really got game.”
Lucinda swallowed her anger, trying to calm herself down. “What’s the point of all this? Now that everything’s out, let’s see how she explains it to both of them.”
As soon as she finished, a message popped up from Grace. [Lucinda, did you see the forum? Lydia is done for. She actually cheated on Connor!]
Grace fired off another message right away. [If Grandpa Samuel sees this, he’ll probably have a heart attack. Lydia won’t be able to marry Connor now. That spot is yours and yours alone.]

Olha a história bem boa só algumas coisas são chatas ( nesse tipo de história sempre troca as filhas pela a da empregada ou então pegam uma menina pra criar) pelo menos eles tratam a filha bem só enche o saco que até agora a Lucinda tá lá enchendo ! Fora isso tá bom Connor é um fofo a família dela a ama muito só Lucinda pra abaixar o nível do livro já era pra ter resolvido isso e fazer ela pagar mais tudo bem li um livro chinês que era parecido só algumas coisas diferentes ,ais mesma coisa tipo ela salvou o Connor no início lá ela salvava o avô dele , no chinês ela não tinha um irmão mais novo com os pais adotivos , a mãe dela tinha 2 irmãos e todos os avós estavam vivos mais história quase igual e tem coisas tipo o triângulo que lá TB tinha até a Lucinda que no chines TB ficou o livro todo aprontando só no final a família descobria e se livrava dela aí ela ia morar com o cara que ela usa pra disfarçar que não gosta do Connor aí depois ainda quase matava a irmã dele e a mãe dele que ele via como ela era...
