Chapter 561 Buy Time
But Bianca didn’t take the opening. She chose to keep fighting instead.
“Wait, is Steven having some kind of breakthrough? Is Bianca buying him time?”
The crowd stared at Steven, awe written across every face, each of them wearing the same envious The crowd stared at Steven, awe written across
expression.
Winning a wife like her felt like it should be the highest achievement a man could hope for in this life.
The young man across from Bianca, once he pieced together what was actually happening, felt his face darken with humiliation.
If she didn’t want him, that was fine, but this felt like a completely different kind of cruelty.
This was nothing short of an insult.
A Four-Sigil fighter, played around with like a toy by someone still stuck at Three-Sigil?
He couldn’t stomach that.
He let out a furious shout. “Who said I’d play along with your games?”
The energy of his Two-Sigil mark burst free in an instant.
His affinity ran to earth.
He slammed both palms down toward the ground with tremendous force.
An instant later, the earth itself began shaking violently, as though some ancient dragon of stone had just clawed its way awake beneath the surface.
It surged toward Bianca with terrifying speed.
Bianca’s expression stayed calm through the entire thing.
She swung her blade in a smooth arc, sending a spray of blossoming sword strikes outward.
In full view of the crowd, she carved that charging earth dragon into scattered rubble without the slightest ¡ effort.
She stood there afterward, blade raised, radiating a fierce,/unmistakable presence.
The young man’s expression soured considerably. His entire Two-Sigil attack had just been swept aside like nothing at all.
That alone told everyone watching just how massive the gap between them truly was.
Bianca still wasn’t in any hurry to finish him off. She needed to buy Steven more time, plain and simple.

Chapter 561 Buy Time
Unless he chose to concede on his own, this fight would keep dragging on.
But how could he possibly bring himself to give up in a match this important?
He had to keep fighting, whatever it took.
He surged toward Bianca once again.
His assault grew more aggressive with every passing second.
Yet Bianca continued to block each attack with ease, letting the clock tick away at her own pace.
By the time the fight crossed the forty five minute mark, the young man was gasping for breath, worn ragged from the sheer cost of his relentless attacks.
A creeping sense of helplessness settled over him.
He was technically the stronger fighter by rank, yet somehow he couldn’t find a single way to break through her defense.
And Bianca kept right on stalling.
Frustration boiled up inside him.
One more strike. Either it worked, or he’d concede.
He couldn’t take much more of this humiliating stalemate.
His eyes narrowed with focus, and he drew in a deep, steadying breath.
His third Divine Sigil began stirring to life.
His foot slammed against the ground, and his whole body shot forward toward Bianca like a launched spear.
A golden brown light flickered and pulsed around him.
As he charged, the stone and earth beneath his feet gathered in his palm, slowly compacting into a massive war hammer that dragged behind him as he ran.
He let out a furious roar. “Earthbound Cage! Rise!”
His foot struck the ground with tremendous force.
