Chapter 25 Are You Mad?

Pokc.

Poke, poke.

Dylan reached out with his tiny hand, poking at Wynne.

Wynne turned her head, though the corner of her eye was still checking if the new plants in the garden were doing all right.

“What is it?”

She was more patient with Dylan than she was with anyone else.

Dylan cutely lifted the writing board.

“Are you mad, Wynne?”

There was even a little chibi drawing after the words. It was ridiculously cute.

“Mad? I’m not mad.” Wynne looked slightly confused. No one would be angry at such a soft, sweet, adorable little boy.

“Are you mad at Uncle Jerome?”

Mad at Jerome?

Wynne rested her chin on one hand, looking relaxed and lazy. “Nope. I’m not mad at him either.”

As if she had noticed something, she suddenly glanced toward one of the villa windows and narrowed her

eyes.

Dylan wrote on the board again, then quickly held it up.

“Uncle Jerome has a bad temper, but he’s a good person.”

Behind the sentence was a lively chibi demon king. That icy expression looked about eighty percent like Jerome himself.

To match the chibi drawing, Dylan even curled both hands into claws and gave a tiny “rawr.”

Wynne burst out laughing.

The way Dylan seriously tried to speak up for Jerome was far too cute. It made her want to steal the kid and

make a run for it.

“Dylan, why don’t you talk?”

His language skills and vocabulary were both fine. From what Wynne had observed, his vocal cords were perfectly normal too. That ruled out illness, which left only one possibility.

“I don’t want to.”

Chapter 25 Are You Mad’

As if he’d remembered something, the rosy little face turned pale. He looked worn out in an instant

Sensing that its little master was unhappy. Rolly lifted itself from the ground. It placed its huge head on the stone table and twisted its body into a bow to cheer him up. The movement was so practiced that it made Wynne’s heart ache.

Rolly was a good snake. The bow it formed, however, was hideous as hell.

Before long, Dylan hugged the large white python and began giggling.

That made Wynne smile. She clicked the last two parts into the laptop, pressed the power button, and the ultra-thin custom laptop with top-level specs turned on.

It booted in three seconds.

Her pale, slim fingers tapped lightly across the keyboard, and soon, the forum for Noveria Dominion appeared on the screen.

As expected, the video had already been reposted there, and the discussion was blowing up.

Hunk Under the Peach Tree: [Isn’t this way too cheap?]

Wynne slowly scrolled through the comments one by one. Her long, curled lashes fluttered slightly. The smile on her lips was cold and arrogant, like she had been born to stir up trouble.

Mn short, she was a gorgeous little menace.

Then she quickly registered an account, and when it came time to enter a username, she typed in “Wynnix’s Real Account” without a second thought.

Wild. Absolutely wild.

“See you on Cupid Island at 8 p.m. Guests from everywhere are welcome to enjoy a grand feast of watching a shameless couple get destroyed behind closed doors.”

She finished typing the last word and pressed post.

The entire forum blew up almost instantly.

This time, Wynne did not even bother reading more. Once she knew she had gotten the reaction she wanted, she closed the page. Then she checked the game’s download progress. It was 39%.
