"Miss, you should get some rest. It's getting late," Janet suggested.

"Fine! My dad must have been brainwashed by that guy. He's hopeless!" Theresa muttered a complaint and went upstairs.

Only after all the lights in the villa were extinguished did Logan quietly slip inside.

Just walking into the living room took everything he had. The pain was unbearable.
