Rewrite Her Thrilling Life (Lillian and Sebastian) novel Chapter 192

Chapter 192: Arrival in Kingston

Lillian carefully withdrew a set of slender silver needles from her bracelet, their tips faintly glowing with a soft blue light. Gasps of surprise rippled through the small crowd gathered around her as she swiftly and confidently aimed a needle toward the young man’s chest.

An elderly man immediately stepped forward, alarm etched on his face. “Young lady, that’s the heart! One wrong move and you’ll kill him!” he warned urgently.

Lillian met his gaze with unwavering calmness, her voice steady and firm. “Sir, if you don’t move aside, there won’t be anything left to save.”

There was no time for debate or hesitation. With a determined glance, she brushed past the old man’s outstretched hand and began inserting the needles one by one. Nine in total, each placed with precision and speed, her movements deliberate and exact.

With her advanced medical expertise, Lillian could have completely eradicated the complications threatening the patient’s life. Yet, she deliberately held back. Too many eyes were watching her every move. Using her full inner energy openly would have marked her as something unnatural, a curiosity to be studied rather than a healer. For now, stabilizing him was the safest choice.

The crowd held their breath in tense silence. Moments before, the young man’s face had been a sickly shade of blue, his breath shallow and uneven. But now, to everyone’s amazement, color returned to his cheeks, his breathing grew steadier. Within ten minutes, his eyelids fluttered open, consciousness returning. A collective exhale of relief swept through the cabin.

Lillian calmly withdrew the needles, then stood upright and addressed the middle-aged woman beside the patient. “He’ll recover, but once you land, I strongly recommend taking him to a hospital for a thorough examination.”

The woman’s voice trembled with gratitude as she hurried to her son’s side. “Thank you. Thank you so much.” She gently touched his arm. “Randall, how are you feeling?”

Randall’s eyes slowly lifted to the figure walking away—dressed simply in a white shirt, jeans, canvas shoes, and a baseball cap. She appeared ordinary at first glance, yet the quiet authority she had just wielded filled the room with undeniable power.

The elderly scholar hurried after Lillian, his curiosity getting the better of him. “Young lady, may I have your contact information? Your skills are extraordinary. Might I ask who trained you?”

Lillian glanced back briefly, a faint smile touching her lips. “I’m sorry, that’s not convenient.” Without another word, she returned to her seat, leaving the man standing there in quiet awe.
